  There were NO cars to rent in Casper, Wyoming. This was the only place that would even try to help. Sylvia was very helpful, tried very hard to get us into a car and SHE DID IT!! I would highly recommend her! Great Job Sylvia!!!

  Car was better than expected. Received a brand new Telluride that was awesome. Drop off was remote and a little hard to get to . Decent deal and everyone was professional and polite.

  Last minute, I needed a Rental to pickup my daughter from Denver hospital. Customer service is awesome, friendly and understanding of my problems. She made me feel relaxed with compassion. I'm very greatful... Thanks Avis, you have a couple of special employers, better keep them or some other company will... Thanks Tom
