“After calling, I took my minivan into Doyle Johnson's to help figure out the cause of a vibration that had just appeared. Travis was very helpful, took a drive, and figured out the problem was due to a new engine miss. He went under the car and made sure the running gear wasn't the cause, which was my original concern. He (along with other mechanics in town) had other work ahead of me and I was traveling so that's as far as he could help. After all this - 1/2 hour? - he did not charge me!”
“My wife and I went to the dealership to just look at vehicles and by the end, we were approved for a brand new Volkswagen Atlas. While the deal didn’t work for us, we were blown away by the excellent service we received. We didn’t feel pushed into a decision one way or the other. We were first greeted by a happy young fellow named Mickey who mentioned he was brand new. He was actually very knowledgeable and much more confident then I was when I first started in sales. He was a Joe Verde warrior who even used the SOLD line close which didn’t work but I was pleased that he went for it!! He took the deal all the way to his sales manager Cruize. This guy had a personality that was pleasing, yet challenging and would mimic how I assume meeting Jesus would feel. Astounding really! He ferociously worked the deal and fought real hard to make it work. They let us take the car home that night (bold move) to make sure we liked it. When we returned the next morning, we were told he was gone for the day because of exhaustion from the previous days fight. We were introduced to a new sales manager, Brecken I think. I noticed right away that her sense of taste was on point and I could probably trust her with my life since she had a Banana Bread Blondie sitting there from a coffee shop that starts with 7 and ends with Brew. (Don’t want a lawsuit)
She, like Cruize worked that bank up and down to make it work in our budget and when we finally made the decision that right now wasn’t the time to buy for us they were very understanding and pleasant. Not only will I be returning as soon as we are ready to buy but I will stop in several times a week as we are all now best friends for life.”
“Caliber was so patient as my insurance had issues getting my car towed over. As soon as it finally dropped onto their lot, Caliber turned stuff in to my insurance and got the ball rolling!

“I don’t usually write reviews, but Les Schwab Tires on Wyoming Boulevard deserves one—and not just any review, but one filled with praise, gratitude, and maybe a little bit of comedy! First off, let me say this: Mike is the kind of guy who makes you feel like you’ve known him forever, even if you’ve only just met. He’s quick to respond, always has a smile, and somehow knows exactly what my car needs before I even say a word. It’s like he’s got a tire-changing sixth sense or something.
Every time I pull up, whether it’s for a routine oil change or because I’m too lazy to air up my own tires in subzero weather (come on, you’ve all been there), Mike and the crew are right on it. They treat me like I’m their only customer—even though I know the place is always busy. Jim and the rest of the team are great too, but Mike… well, let’s just say he’s the guy I’d want on my trivia team if the topic was ‘Best Tires in Casper.’
These guys don’t just do tires and oil changes—they do it all with a smile, a handshake, and more efficiency than I ever thought possible. Honestly, I’m convinced Mike could get me new tires while juggling wrenches, answering a dozen calls, and still manage to ask me about my day. He’s that good.
If you’re in Casper and need anything car-related, do yourself a favor: go to Les Schwab on Wyoming Boulevard. They’ll treat you right, make you laugh, and have you back on the road faster than you can say, ‘Do I really need an oil change every 3,000 miles?’ Trust me, you won’t find better service anywhere.”

“Unsurpassed service. My wife & I just moved to Casper (fourth day in town). My Hyundai Santa Cruz caught a screw in a tire and was leaking air slowly. A special tool is needed to unlock one lug nut on this model and there is no Hyundai dealer for two hours in any direction. After having no luck at two other tire or auto repair shops we were referred to Casper Tire.
They not only did what the other places could not but they did it fast and at a price lower than I could have ever hoped for!
In the interest of brevity I have seriously abridged this story. Suffice to say that we will be doing business with this establishment for as long as we live nearby.”

“We had my windshield replaced here. I noticed a problem with the seal. I pointed it out and they promptly ordered another one with no problems and replaced it. We have used Deckers for all our auto glass needs including custom fit sun shades for a long time and will continue to do so. Even if there is a problem they are great at making sure they fix it. You will never leave them unhappy. Excellent customer service, easy to work with and great products.”
“Trustworthy, Professional, Thorough, and reasonably priced. I've had my trucks, suv's, trailers, cars, (sounds like I have a dealership huh lol) vans, worked on at Kellys. I've been going to Kellys for a while, the only time I had to go back was (wasn't their fault) for warranty on a drivers side strut.
Everything from alignments to starter replacement, rear end work, wheel bearings, radiators, etc. I THINK, the only thing they don't do is engine replacement! I bet they could, but... nope, they don't. Highly recommend.”

“My car froze up during the Cold Snap and the water pump went out, I took it to Ken's Auto and Truck Repair got me right in great service great price and really fast service I was expecting it to be done on Friday and he had it done on Wednesday afternoon. I will always use him as my mechanic he knows what he's doing and has a great price and has great customer service. I will definitely recommend him to all that need Mechanics Work. Great job Ken!”

“Truck broke down on our way back to CO. Came in on a weekend when shop was closed and truck wasn’t going to pull camper any further. First thing Monday morning spoke with Mac, he was wonderful and moved things around to see that he could get to the truck as fast as possible. After finding out a shop in CO had not done a good job there was lots of fixing to do. He had it completed in a few days, had to wait for parts to arrive. We ended up having more issues on the way home and Mac was able to talk us through what was likely going on. I am ever so grateful that of all place we broke down and of all the Internet searches I found this shop.”

“Fantastic experience with Thomas Crawford Auto. I rolled in around 4pm on a drive from Montana to Colorado, my CV axle failed, and I barely made it into the shop. They got it on the lift right away, gave me a good estimate, worked with my mechanic back home to cover it on warranty (the part had been replaced a year prior). Gave me a ride to the local hotel which had a discount, and I was on the road by 10am the next morning. Made the best out of a potentially bad situation - I'm so thankful. Thank you so much for fast work and great customer service. If I lived local to Casper, this would definitely be my go-to shop.”
