“I stopped into Interstate Battery on September 14th, and I had an awesome experience, got the battery I wanted, and all the info about it, this 3731 East Second Street, Casper, Wyoming site, is the best in town, very helpful, courteous, very informative, and fast, great prices, Mike Bennett, and Mario, you need more people like these two, they deserve a raise, thank you Interstate Battery, Mike and Mario, will always do business here.”
“They did a really great job towing my vehicle to my home, I used roadside assistance and was surprised to hear from them. The driver and assistant were professional, polite and asked lots of questions to verify what I needed. It didn't take them long and they put it right where I wanted it parked. Excellent service.”

OH! and buying things from Advance Auto Parts helps you save at the pump if you're part of Shell Gas Station discount thingy ma jig.”
“My 2018 needed repairs after a dealership mishap. The estimate was done quickly, and repairs took a week less than the paperwork said it was going to. They also did better work than the dealership that I went to after a hit and run (out of state).Services: Body & Trim”
“I took my truck here after a fender bender, it was in rough shape. I can't say enough about how awesome 307 Collision was to work with. Customer service was absolutely amazing and the quality of work was nothing less than perfect. My truck was returned to me better than it was even before the wreck. I am extremely happy I brought my truck here. Highly Recommend!!!!”

2037 CY Ave, Casper“I cannot ever express the amount of appreciation I have for every person who was working today. They were patient with me. Walked me through everything I needed to. Helped me figure out exactly what I needed to fix down to the T. I had gone to east side auto zone earlier and they brushed me off. Didn’t really care about what I was saying or needed. They did not care and ended up pushing me out the door so I could stop bugging them. These guys were more than happy to help me out because I know absolutely nothing about cars and they didn’t make me feel like I was a bother. Thank you guys so much:,) you’re amazing”
“Had to buy a new headlight for my 2006 GMC Sierra 2500hd. I tried a couple of their competitors, but they didn't have one. The price was reasonable and they had it waiting for me at the counter. It was a drop in fit.”

5660 Hanly St, Casper“The entire attitude of this place has changed. In the 6 years I've been in Casper. Clean office and workspace. The yard has always been decently organized. And the office and yard guys are good to work with. Salvage yards are typically going to get my business if they have the parts I need, but it's definitely a pleasant surprise when it's an efficient and friendly experience!”
“Amazing experience! Amazing customer service! Hood repair turned out beautifully. They detailed interior, my daughter thought we got a new car. Amazing!! I will most definitely recommend RR/C and use them again in the future!! Thank you!!”

8AM - 5PM
2400 E Yellowstone Hwy, Casper“We were looking for a new car for over six months, knew the car we wanted, but either were looking at a $5,000.00 - $7,000.00 markup (nope!), no supply on the lot, or dealers who were visibly uninterested in making an effort to sell us the car we wanted to buy out here in sunny Los Angeles.Fed up with the lack of local options, my son called at least 16 dealerships in four States and finally found the exact KIA we wanted in stock at MSRP (that's no markup, folks!) at White's Mountain KIA, in Casper, Wyoming. Wyoming---?! What the---?!!! All I knew from Wyoming was The Devil's Tower from Close Encounters and Cheyenne Mountain military facility from a million-and-one end-of-the-world movies...Hmmmm.Honestly, I was reluctant to have to deal with an out-of-state vehicle purchase, far, far away, but Taylor, our salesman at White's Mountain KIA, was pure awesome: he talked us through it all, went over and reviewed the details, was responsive, knew the product, took the time to answer our questions (even the repeat questions!), and put no pressure on us. In short, he was an absolute straight shooter, and everything you want out of someone selling you a car!!We discussed the logistics of a 1600 mile trip to get the car, and yeah, like I said, I was a little nervous... Once we agreed to the details, over a few phone calls, Taylor, and the F&I guy, Cory (also an absolutely solid, stand up guy!), worked with us to complete about 80% of the process over the phone and computer. The remainder we would finish in person at the dealership. Taylor met us at the airport in Casper with our vehicle... He explained many of the features of our new car on the drive back to the dealership. There, we finished up the paperwork with Cory in about two hours. And in case you are wondering --- as I was --- there were no last minute "whammies" or any surprises or "gotcha's". The pricing and all details on the finalized paperwork we were signing matched everything that we had discussed and agreed to prior to heading out to Wyoming, which, by the way, was truly beautiful to behold! With the final paperwork completed, Taylor took us back out to the vehicle, and knowing we had a long drive home, again took his time to review the features of the vehicle, service, etc. etc. answering all of our questions big and small, showing a lot of patience and good will. We could absolutely tell that he took pride in his job, was great at it, and wanted us to have the best experience possible with our purchase. This level of service continued after our road trip home, as the California DMV, alas, does not make it easy (understatement) to register an out-of-State vehicle --- Taylor once again showed us his patience and professionality as he stuck with us through this, the toughest part of the process, working with us as well as a local WY company paid to help complete the CA registration process on behalf of ourselves and the dealership. He could easily have said, "So long, suckers!" and bailed on us at this point, but once again, was responsive, helpful, professional, and a man of his word. There were no shenanigans, no nonsense or games, just a good, honest transaction and professional follow-through. This was everything that you are supposed to get, but, unfortunately usually do not, when buying a car. Yep. We got all that and more from Taylor and team...Would I recommend buying a car 1600 miles away from White's Mountain KIA? Absolutely! We've already passed the word to others in our area who are also searching for a new car and hitting the same local-dealer obstacles that we did. Oh, yeah, and we love our new car!!Thanks a bunch to Taylor, Cory, and anyone else on the team at White's Mountain KIA who helped with our purchase! You rock!!!!PS I know five star ratings can appear bogus, but given how happy we were with the transaction and a situation with so many moving parts, we really felt that we had to go with a full five stars!!”
“Traveling through the area and needed work done on my Dodge Challenger exhaust. My exhaust pipe came apart on my trip. Wayne was able to quickly replace that section and I didn't have to wait long!
Thanks again!”
“Rave to Justin Lafferty and the White's Mountain Subaru Team!
I wanted to take a moment to rave about the exceptional service you provided during a very challenging situation. What was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son turned into a 6 1/2 month ordeal due to major mistakes during installation by a large corporation (not Whites or Subaru).
Justin, your professionalism and genuine concern for our situation were evident from the start. You consistently kept us informed and reassured us at every step, something that was sorely lacking from the corporation that initially caused the issue. Your efforts, along with your amazing team, have not gone unnoticed and are truly appreciated.
Thank you once again for turning a disaster into a much more manageable experience. Your exceptional service is a testament to the outstanding commitment of White's Mountain Subaru to its customers. Thank you for working so hard and going the extra mile to get my son’s Subaru Legacy back to him in great working condition. ?”
“Caliber was so patient as my insurance had issues getting my car towed over. As soon as it finally dropped onto their lot, Caliber turned stuff in to my insurance and got the ball rolling!
Now if they total it out, we will be stoked. Thank you for your diligence and checking in! Excellent customer service!”
