“Tech was on time, very polite. He answered all my questions worked with the insurance representative while on speaker phone. Once he had the authorization to continue working he did so. Was honest about problem with dryer (also explained and showed me the worn out parts) was honest about washer problem and recommended that he not replace parts and then need to contend with the transmission which is no longer available. Liked the service and price. Will definitely call them for future work as needed,”

We thought we were faces with an impossible situation with the size of the fridge I ordered and the size of my staircase. They wouldn't stop until the job was done. They were both polite and professional. I have ordered from Aarons twice now but have things delivered on numerous occasions. This was my far the best experience.

When our stove’s element went out we too decided to check out the July 4th promotions going on, and ultimately decided to change out all our existing kitchen appliances.
