I received a letter in Casper, Wyoming, which they opened and scanned. It contained my EIN (Employer Identification Number), which is crucial for any company. So, I asked them to forward it to my home address in Spain.It was taking so long, stuck on the process of USPS, that I requested the USPS receipt so I could file a claim for the lost package.It took 6 emails and 2 days just to get the receipt from AnyTimeMailBox (while it took less of a day to get charge for it), and when I finally received it, I realised the issue wasn't with USPS, but with their sheer incompetence.I had already my forwarding address on the website before starting the process, and I even reiterated my address during the forwarding process by leaving a comment in the message box that shows up. Yet, they still managed to record it incompletely!Moreover, they put the same incomplete address in the 'Return To' section, instead of the address from which it was originally sent!Thus, it's literally impossible for the letter to either reach me or be returned to the sender due to their incompetence.Essentially, that letter is lost forever.Whoever finds it, can destroy my company in a second.Think twice before doing business with a company of this level, the cheap they might be, well, is for a good reason called incompetence.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I tell you what I just got a call from a man from this company about shipping a vase that I won in an auction. And I ship alot of stuff and this man told me that this vase was going to cost me 35 dollars In packing material then it was going to cost me 79 dollars to ship it through usps I have shipped alot more expensive things and alot heavier things for no where near that cost I really think this company needs to reevaluate there shipping cost...

This organization's address is listed as the address of an Icelandic scam site: kavalos dot com (see for yourself)Site has purchasing portals for products that are listed for 1/4 of the price they retail for and it appears that your card will indeed be charged if you were to pursue the transaction. Of course, the product does not exist and no such purchase would ever be honored.If you're the owner of AMBI and you're unaware this is happening- you should probably get it addressed. I'll pull the review once it's fixed.
