My dog had been sick since March. I took him to a different vet twice and he was on different medications and not getting better. . He was misdiagnosed and was just getting worse. No testing at all at the other place. Everyone at Altitude was so kind, professional, and thorough. Tested him right away. He is already feeling much better!!!!! They even called to check on him a couple of days later to see how he was doing!! Thank you!!!!

I've been using Altitude for years for my cats & dogs when it comes to standard appointments & grooming. They've always been wonderful. But today, I am thrilled with the care we've received. My 8 week old puppy fractured his leg late at night. I called after 11PM in a total panic. They called back a little over 15 minutes later. The Vet I spoke to was very kind & helpful. It wasn't a true emergency (he wasn't dying & was stable) & could wait until the AM, so we brought him in first thing. The Vets & staff have been INCREDIBLY helpful, knowledgeable, & kind. Answering our million questions, putting us at ease, etc. Even going as far as getting a 2nd opinion on surgery before moving forward, which we deeply appreciated for the sake of our growing puppy. I've always recommend Altitude to friends & family, but after today I HIGHLY recommend Altitude & can say with certainty that your pet is in good, loving hands. Thank you, Altitude!

Vet only cares about money not your pet. Had multiple blood test done on my dog only for them to tell me they don’t know what’s wrong an that we can do another blood test after doing two of them. A joke of a vet DONT TAKE YOUR PET THERE

Disgusting hateful vets who do not know how to communicate!! Two visits that they recommended! One of the visits was an overnight stay. THREE different vet techs on TWO VISITS who clearly don't speak to one another. $1,500 to put my dog through a drugged up stressed out hell, just to tell me she's fine!!!!!!! Nasty people. Bye, never again! The staff was nice! BUT THE VETS WERE SOMETHING ELSE! This happened months ago, but ya, I'm still angry, don't mess with my dog!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! I've got the records if anyone wants to contribute......

As a new client I appreciate how quickly I was able to make an appointment and get in. All of the staff were absolutely fantastic. Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were able to answer all of my questions and spent a good amount of time with us educating. I didn’t feel rushed or left with any concerns. I’m happy that I found a vet that I can rely and count on for the best services and health for my Dog.. Thank you again for everything Altitude!
