AA Casper Storage was super easy to work with as it was electronically based. Even though it was mainly electronically based, I was always able to get ahold of a customer service representative that helped me quickly and efficiently. They have some of the best prices in Casper as well! Thanks AA Casper Storage for being so easy to deal with when everything else has gotten so complicated!

Mary is amazing!! I have been a renter of a storage for over a year & Mary’s customer service is exceptional! The willingness of the staff and management to work with their customers is astounding. I’m so thankful for their understanding and kindness. Would recommend anyone!

Horrible business practices, preditory, I had to pay a full month, for only 4 days, of my move out month. Units are decently maintained, but they will straight up steal your money I'd advise a different storage unit. No you ain't lenient, it says right in your contract that if you don't "move out" by the 15th you take the money regardless, like you can't do basic arithmetic to pro rate the rent?...... If that ain't preditory I don't know what is ?
