Great people, very freindly. Went out of their way to help me. Was able to patch my tire quickly on my lunch break. Took them no more than 10 minutes. I will be taking my business there from here on out!

Had a blowout coming into Casper. AAA towed me there after I called around Casper about price and availability. Bought a GOOD used tire for $75 and they had me out in 30 minutes. 10 stars. The owner was excellent!

I had an unfortunate experience with two flats on my car after hitting a large piece of debris left in the middle of I-25 while driving through WY. After calling around to see who might have my unusual-size tires in stock to see what place would be best to be towed to, every other shop told me to call Jackie at A-1. I did, and was told they could help. Several hours and a 50 mile tow later, I arrived and was given two options -- new tires in the unusual non-stock size my car takes from a distributor in town that they could go grab for me and get on my car which were expensive, but priced reasonably for what I know tires cost for my vehicle, or a set of used all season name-brand tires with 75% tread left that were a "sister" size which they offered to me, mounted and balanced, at a bargain price. I took the bargain and they had me out the door in less than 25 minutes. *Everyone* there was also extremely friendly and helpful. I was a sitting duck, between a rock and a hard place, needing to get back on the road to complete a 4 hour drive home with little choice about how much it would cost me. There are a lot of shops and a lot of people that would have taken advantage of my situation. A-1 didn't, and were not only accommodating, but extremely fair, and made an unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible. If I lived in Casper, I would take all my business here. As it is, I'm through Casper enough that I plan to give them business as much as I can. You will be treated fairly and with respect here.

I never knew one tire shop from another... until I went to A-1. The owners are almost always there and it's so obvious from the way this shop runs that they invest in the best equipment, the best employees, and have a level of care and integrity that is so far beyond any other shop I've ever been to that I'm speechless. Everything is fast and there is no compromise anywhere. As far as I'm concerned, these are the ONLY people you should be going to for anything to do with tires no matter what you drive. Once you check them out, you'll understand what I'm talking about.

BEST TIRE SHOP EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! I communicated with several of the friendly staff before deciding to order tires ,the owner of this shop even went as far as to contact people high in the food chain of his tire distribution to ensure I got what I needed in a timely manner so I wouldn't have to pay shipping ! That is above and beyond ! They ? worked around my schedule to get them installed,with excellent communication the entire time . As far as the installation,I was unable to finish a 12 oz coffee from start to finish! This team of absolute rock star tire technicians and businesses owners are the example that every shop in the industry should strive to be like . Excellent service, unbeatable value, knowledgeable techs and staff,great products ,all at a very fair competitive price with service after the sale ! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE !

Jackie was so kind and sweet to me, no pressure to buy tires from her and no scare tactics, she educated me on tires for my hippie van, gave me an estimate.
My brother sent me back a few days later with the cash for new tires on my hippie van for Christmas. I will definitely be back in the future for tires. Thanks Jackie!

One of the guys had aggressive, tonnage and wasn’t very supportive. Don’t know if it was because of my color skin, but they did fix the matter . I don’t appreciate being treated ugly when coming into a new town for the first time and I speak for everyone I’m sure . People need to learn how to talk to their customers respectfully and professionally.

We try to do our business with locally owned shops and stores. Most of the time it works out great, not so much with this business. It lacks customer service and has a rude and somewhat arrogant owner. Other places appreciate our business.
