We are a custom butchering facility specializing in wild game such as elk, moose, antelope, and deer. We also process a lot of beef, pork and sheep. We smoke meats and bacon along with producing summer sausage sticks, steaks, ribs and many specialty cuts. We are a family owned local business and provide you with clean vacuum packed meats from your own animals. Saturday is by appointment only.
