Welcome center wasn't open but bathrooms were open and were a separate entrance. I couldn't find any vending machine. Lots of parking.

Great spot!! You have to get off the highway a bit to get to it but it's definitely worth it, the bathrooms are clean and they have a Home Center as well. And a free Wyoming postcard (:

Wyoming is lucky anybody would choose to vacation here and then they treat people like crap with the parking restrictions?!?!? No GFY I'll go spend my money in Colorado and Utah.

Staff was amazing. Restrooms were very clean. The decor was an experience in it's own and a wonderful little photo option.
One of the top 3 rest stops I have been to (across about 20 states).

This is a very nice Welcome Center and a nice place to stop and stretch your legs. It had a large parking area, that was very clean and well maintained and easy access. The view from outside the center was breathtaking and you could see for miles and miles in all directions! Wow! Definitely worth stopping at!
