I needed an ignition coil for a twenty five year old rig and not only did they have it, but Sahen took 15 minutes to help me get the old one unstuck from the spark plug and the new one installed right there in the parking lot. Terrific customer service, these folks are the best.

These people are great! We had a bearing burn up on our little kayak trailer as we were heading to the Tetons. We pulled in 25 minutes till closing and these folks not only had parts to get us going, but they all jumped in and helped us put everything together. Without these great folks we would have had a MUCH different experience. With them: we stayed on schedule, and had a great time kayaking and visiting our daughter at Jenny Lake Lodge.

I bought a strap wrench, it did not work for what I bought it for. I called back, asked if I could return it, they said yes, I went to returnn it, they said it is open I can not return it! A spit dribbling idiot would know , if I tried it , its out of the package! I only buy my parts at NAPA now!

Great service…very helpful and friendly. Accidentally left our purchase on the counter and he came and chased us down on the highway to give the purchase we forgot. This kind of service is almost non existent these days and it was really appreciated!

Went in looking for some 509 riding gear. The staff member was knowledgeable and super helpful with advice about the area. He was also super polite in light of me asking a stupid question not knowing who he was at the time. ?

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They will do everything possible to find the right part. They will order in hard to get parts. They can get not only automotive parts, but farm equipment parts, and RV parts as well.

If you need a part, go here, it is hard to beat the service, I needed a special part for my 1987 suzuki samurai and they took the time to help me find the special part I needed, they shipped it in for me from accross the country.
