Brought our favorite hitachi vacuum cleaner here cuz it wouldn’t turn on anymore. This is a high grade Made in Japan vacuum cleaner that is about 20 yrs old, but still better than anything available at target or Best Buy today.
Well Tom figured out what was broken and fixed it in about 30 min. Works like new and he only charged $20!

We had a pump that went bad for our mound system. Took it to Tom and he had it done so we could put it back in the tank in less than 2 hours. Amazing customer service. All done with a smile.

I have a motor that it would be very difficult to take off and take to the shop to get fixed. Tom came out and replaced they bearings without hauling the motor to him. It was very efficient.
