On vaca, 100 miles from home. Sister is sick. On the app it said that covid tests "may be free with insurance". I ordered tests, put in my Medicare info and some other detail and got an "order confirmed" page. Went to the store in the morning. No pick up for me. Waited for pharmacy to open in case it was there, rude woman snapped, "they're not covered by insurance" and sent me to the front with my purchase if a vivid test. No wonder Walgreens pharmacies have the worst reviews on Google!

Save yourself some time and use Trigs Pharmacy. After filling a prescription at Walgreens, I received a text message that my prescription was held up. Heard nothing for three days so I called and was on hold for over 30 mins. I hung up. Called back the next day and I waited on hold for over 90 mins only to be disconnected. So I transferred the prescription to Trigs and got it the same day.

If you need a prescription filled, do yourself a favor and select another pharmacy. This one is crazy busy, inefficient and they do not answer the phone.

I’ve always found the pharmacist to be very helpful. While I haven’t needed to fill any prescriptions, I have had to get information about various things. He’s always helped me find a solution… even when I was just visiting from Sweden (where I was living at the time). I’ve gotten water, etc. for my mom when it was on sale, etc. For me, positive experiences. Thanks.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!
Reasons we are finally leaving this pharmacy:
#1) I often pick up a prescription for my husband. With GoodRX, his medicine was always ~$70. Suddenly, I was told the price was ~$135. I told the blond, Marla, at the drive through that we use GoodRX, and she confirmed that it was on file.
I was paying the $135 for a few months before I finally asked my husband what he switched his prescription to.
Long story short: He did NOT switch his prescription, and when we confronted Marla, she said “we have XYZ insurance on file for you.”
Well, we don’t HAVE Rx coverage, and never have—so there is no way we changed this! (As it doesn’t exist!)
She said we could get a price adjustment within 7 days. Cool—but that doesn’t help for all the months I overpaid.
#2) PRESCRIPTIONS ARE NEVER FILLED IN A TIMELY MANNER!!!
For months, my husband would call Walgreens (after his doctor sent his Rx) to confirm that his prescription was ready for pickup. Walgreens would always tell him they’d have it ready in an hour.
HOURS LATER, when I’d go to pick it up—it still wouldn’t be ready!…
Cue the excuses…
And they WON’T “fill on the spot”, even long after they tell you it’ll be ready over the phone!
Well this time, my husband get his prescription sent from the doctor (a little over 2 days ago) so he shows up without calling first. Surely, more than 2 days later… it’ll be filled, right?
Nope! Wrong. “Come back in an hour.”
Their excuses are never ending!
BYE WOODRUFF WALGREENS! Hello Walmart! (Whom locals all agree, on FB forums, are *actually* fast and great!)

Was in the beautiful Northwoods & my lovely wife, Nina noticed my feet & ankles were swelling up. Upon looking at my pill box realized I left my prescribed water pill at home. Called Walgreens & a nice lady, named Beth answered, took everything about me except my blood type & told me not to worry. Figured it would probably take a day to get transferred from Mukwonago to Minocqua. Guess what? Beth had the order for 90 days ready in a half hour. Beth knocked it out of the park!

I hate giving these kind of reviews. I would prefer to give wonderful reviews. I would recommend if can get your prescriptions mailed from out of town from a different pharmacy. To do so you would probably have your best luck. I truly think that this place would be out of business if they had real competition that could compete with the prescriptions and provide with better customer service.Its truly next to Eagle Rivers one of worst Walgreens I have ever dealt with in 40 some years. They can never have it ready in time or can you get the product you continually ask for even with the doctor writing it on your prescription. Also Extremely frustrating the blonda lady at the drive-thru is rarely friendly at best. Always pretends to have a hearing problem only I convenience you can tell.It been a 1 & 3 months of being here still having issues trying to get my prescriptions right.I just don't understand. Not very professional at all.I'm assuming they are so short on staff that they will take anything Whether they can do the job or not. I think this company needs to get them some qualified help. And possibly a qualified manager that can stock the pharmacy like it's supposed to be. They are always out of everything knowing that they have customers that are gonna order it every month.It just doesn't make sense. I wish the head of the company would send more training for them or somebody that's trained to show them how to stock and fill orders.I have dealt with walgreens for 40 some years in our towns and have never experienced what I experience with them. One would think after a year and almost a half things would improve. But no not at all.

Its hit and miss with the staff. Some are helpful some are rude. Pharmacy staff is so so too. I am switching to walmart.

Very rude service after waiting on hold to talk to pharmacy for over 20 minutes. I understand short staffed but poor customer service by Marla was very unprofessional.
