Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. Just needed a propane exchange. I set the tank right outside the cage. My wife was 5 feet from it. There was no one else in the store.She rang me up but then refused to do the swap. She washed counters answered the phone and ignored me. When asked her to help, she told me she would do it when she was ready. I said I’m ready and she continued to make comments back to me. I told her to just open the cage and exchange the tank. She told me I’m derogatory towards women. I told her thanks for the customer service and then she glared at us as my wife drove away. She spent more energy yelling at me than just doing the work. Not big on writing reviews, but then when they are this bad…. I believe her name was Jill. Lookout
