Overall not a good experience. Up front the owner was very nice. The installer did a poor job. Left nails and garbage on the floor got compound on my trim in house. Floor flexed as I was told it wouldn’t. Owner came back out said he wanted to make me happy as it wasn’t done right. Month later and they never came back. Wish I would not have paid in full.

I had carpeting ripped out of my kitchen and hardwood installed instead and the Country Charm installer did a fantastic job. He had to even out a floor that had over an inch difference from one end to the other. Some said it couldn't be done, but the installer did a perfect job. It is gorgeous.

We recently had Country Charm come and clean our carpeted floors at our restaurant, Jacobi's of Hazelhurst, after seeing what an excellent job they did at Gassner and Associates. The work is outstanding and we couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company for your floor care needs!!

The owner/operator is fantastic and make sure you are happy with the job they do. They look over the job and give recommendations before they start the job. Although their front door lists every major credit card, the quote they give you is for cash/check only! They actually charge a 3% surcharge to use a credit card. I have purchased many large household items elsewhere and never experienced such a business practice. Maybe the card companies should be notified!
