This Salon prefers you to make appointments through an online application. Despite this, ALL services require you to phone for an appointment. All well and good IF they ever bothered to return phone calls. This is really a very poorly run, unprofessional operation. Even if the business does not have any openings, they should have the courtesy to return a phone call! I recommend you go elsewhere.

I was totally happy with the services I received. Jess was my stylist and she did an incredible job. I just love my hair cut and blonde hy-lites. She took the time to listen and give her professional opinion as to what would be best for my fine hair. Being new to the area, I can’t believe I was lucky to fine such a great salon. It is beautiful, very neat and clean inside. I can’t wait to visit again for my hair needs and excited to also try a pedicure next time. I would highly recommend them for your hair needs. They were right on time, priced reasonably and followed the COVID regulations in place at this time. On a scale of one to ten, it is a ten experience for me.

Had a fabulous mani pedi with a girlfriend yesterday. The staff was amazing getting me ready for a outdoor festival where toes will be shown! Not only did I get a fabulous pedicure, my custom purple layered colored is amazing! Thank you for a fun afternoon ladies!!

I attempted to call no answer, left a message no return call, and used their Schedulicity system for Wisconsin. When I arrived, I waited 20 minutes before anyone checked with me, and told me I was not on the schedule. No accommodations were made, and I left. Obviously, the service was horrible. I will not return. I might add that the price for a spa pedicure is obnoxious.
