Faster loading but the reason I gave them 3 stars ⭐️ although they deserve 5 stars ⭐️ is the lady in shipping office is very rude you can ask a question she is yelling I asked what temperature I need to set the unit to keep the product good condition while loading answer was yelling at me just simple question they have to kick her out of the shipping office

This place demands you have a washout as well as have the trailer dried out if you are hauling cheese, I don't mean relatively dry, I mean like the Sahara desert dry. They wasted our whole day here because they found a few sticks in the back, told us to go get a washout, and then we were wet until closing hours. There wasn't even a mention that this shipper needed a wash out in the first place, we were just told to make sure not to have an odor in the trailer which we did not. They wasted my whole day here and cost me $400-450.I'm just waiting for us to get a law passed that lets us Bill the broker or the shipper for mistakes like this.
