I worked with Casey for planning and ordering my wedding bouquet, coursages, boutineers, and Flower Girl Basket. They were easy to work with and very communicative, especially as I made my order in a short time. I am obsessed with how my bouquet turned out and couldn't have envisioned anything better. I've received so many compliments and am grateful for their work!

I called the police and reported store owner Casey for threatening me, bullying me and pushing me out the door of her floral shop. I went there to ask for a receipt for some flowers that my friend purchased for my deceased Army Veteran Father's funeral. The flowers were purchased through the Ritchay funeral home tribute page and the order fulfilled by Wis. Rapids Floral and Gifts. I asked Casey to please look up the order and provide me with the receipt. Casey wouldn't provide me with a receipt, refused to provide a cost estimate even though the flowers were delivered from her store amd she probably had the cost in her computer system but she wouldn't look it up for me. When I said why don't you help people she said she doesn't have to help and threatened to kick me out of her store. When I said don't threaten me and I said I'm reporting her she got angry. I asked her for her name and tried to take a free pen and piece of paper to write down her name amd then she ripped the paper out of my hand, verbally bullied me out of her store and then pushed me out the door. When I said why do you treat people this way she very sarcastically said "Don't let the door hit ya!" Casey's behavior is unhelpful, unprofessional and disrespectful. The fact that she treated the daughter of a deceased Army Veteran this way is appalling to me. I've notified my contact at Ritchay Funeral Home the funeral home that handled my parents funerals and asked them never to do business with Wis. Rapids Floral and Gifts again. Nobody deserves to be threatened, bullied and pushed by anybody especially Casey the Owner of the Floral Shop.

My friend is going through a messy divorce and had a court date the day before her birthday, she's in a dark place so I wanted to surprise her with flowers. She wasn't answering the phone or door so the Florist called me explaining that they had left a note instead of the arrangement to prevent it from being ruined. At first I was disappointed because my friend was leaving town for a week and I thought I'd have to eat my purchase. On Friday my friend contacted me to break a plan we had because
she had tested positive for COVID! So, not only had her court date for a messy divorce been postponed by the court the day before her birthday, but now she had COVID. I had hoped her flowers would be a surprise, but had to ask her if they'd shown up. She said no and I joked and said I'd switch the card to GET WELL, but I forgot. Today she sent me a photo that they arrived and were beautiful!
Thank you so much Wisconsin Rapids Floral for making the extra trip. Now she can enjoy them while she has her quarantine. I will certainly use your service again and tell people about my excellent experience. I doubt too many places would have made the effort that you did. I appreciate it.

The shop was nice and appeared clean, but the pre-made floral arrangements were incredibly overpriced. When checking out with my purchase, I requested the arrangement be wrapped to protect it from cold outdoor temperatures, wind, and traveling. The lady who checked me out rudely declined my request, stating that the air temperature in the cooler was colder than the outside air temperature. For the exorbitant price I paid for the arrangement, I don't think it was inappropriate to request it be wrapped. Will never shop their again.

I ordered some flowers for my great-grandfather's grave and they couldn't have been more helpful, easy to work with, and accommodating, not to mention reasonably priced. I am so thankful to have found them. They made my day, and in a few days I know they will make my Grandma's day as well. If you need flowers, go here!

Purchases monthly delivery of flowers for my mother in law and they've been great. They allowed her to adjust the delivery day and each month we get a happy photo of her flowers. Best xmas gift ever!

This place always gets me exactly what I need. For instance, today I wanted to buy flowers for my veterinarian who put my dog to sleep for my yesterday. Her name was Sunshine, hence the sunflower. I picked out the dog statue, and they built this arrangement around it. So perfect. Thank you for little ray of sunshine that I needed today!
