Centrally located in the Midwest, this is a great little company that provides excellent, customer-centered service. Very competitive rates. They are substantially better than our two previous (more expensive) service providers. They are very scalable... They've been accommodating and have been able to customize services for us on several occasions. They don't make mistakes very often - accuracy of over 99.8% - but when they do, they are quick to own up and correct them. As a CFS customer, I have the ability to log-in and see my inventory in real-time. In addition to their guard-controlled access to the facility, I can log onto their security server and view the warehouse's 14 security cameras via my web browser in real-time, 24-hours per day.
