Paid my bill plus $10 on june 20th. Somehow the system has another account linked with my number so when I paid it by phone number went to another account. So I called customer service when i got a late notice june 28th. I was told I needed to take in my bank statement to show proof US Cellular got the money. I went into this us cellular in Wisconsin Rapids with a bank statement, the confirmation email and my bill. The first lady basically called me a liar and when she was on the phone with other departments from us cellular, she was telling them I was giving her some sad story. She then told me that it will be all computer work and her manager Jordan would call me later but before I left I asked them to make sure to put a note or something so my internet wouldnt get shut off seeing how i work out of town and my girlfriend does school online. He did end up calling me later and said he found the payment and would try getting it moved to the right account and he would call me back. Nobody has called back and everytime I call i get no answer. The lady did answer 1 time and then pretended she couldn't hear me and then hung up and haven't been able to get through since. Oh yeah. My internet has now been off for 2 days.

Very poor in store service and do not be blinded by any deal offerings you will always pay almost full price for a phone

1 week after paying our bill we went in to be sure that we didn’t have to do anything to disconnect on our end as we were switching services end of July. Associate told us that as soon as we switch carriers it would pretty much end the service with us cellular and we would get a partial refund for unused time. Well come September 15th my husband got an email that he has a full monthly bill we have to pay even though we did not have service literally at all for august. Our same numbers were being used with a whole different service at this time. We called a higher up number given to us and the lady told us we had to pay the full month even if we only used a week out of it and that the previous associate we talked to was completely wrong. Seems like the employees at this location are unaware of their own policies which is disappointing as we could of just waited to switch services at the end of the month instead of taking an employees word and now we have double the cell phone bill this month. We have had this company for years and will no longer recommend.

No help waste of time even when u have insurance and protection u still gta do all the work yourself. No phone how do u call man? Lol like u cant help at all.Update: people there are useless. They don't know anything. I called claims they told me this store shouldve helped. Can't count on in store help absolute dummies. Must be really desperate for help

If they would put in a little effort to see what was wrong with a new phone !! To see if it was set up right !!! Like check to see if email was set up !!!!!! Not happy !!! 18 year us cellular customer !!!!!
