I work with Terry to reproduce prints of my drawings. Due to the level of detail, it is not easy to create a perfect reproduction. However, Terry makes it happen. I am continuously amazed at the attention to detail and her skill in capturing the original drawing on high quality paper that I am confident to present for sale. Wonderful framing services too. Excellent communication and just great to work with - I really appreciate it.

I live close by and was hoping to support a local business. But, I've been by the store twice in two days and the lights are off, door is locked and the phone number says my call can't be completed at this time.If you're on vacation, great - have fun; but put a sign in the window. If store hours are by appointment only, wonderful, but have a working phone. If you're out of business, I'm sorry to hear that.But if none of the above are the case then you lost a $400 sale today and I won't try again. Plover is a bit far to drive but at least I could get my items framed.

Last week Monday (10-18), my fiance and I brought a charcoal portrait drawn by my brother to get framed for my dad as a gift. She was amazing at helping us get ideas for what we wanted and gave us two days to change anything if needed. We were able to pick it up today (10-27) and honestly, I looked better than I had imagined! I definitely recommend Timeless Quality Imaging. They have different options from frames, to glass types and even mat boards to really make the image pop!

Emailed TQI earlier in the week about making a banner for church. I sent an idea and the wording I wanted and WOW! By Wednesday a great banner was ready for me and everyone loves it! They are friendly and very easy to work with!

Had a vhs put to dvd and it turned out wonderful. Super polite owner who kept me updated on the status of the dvd as it was being made. Outstanding service!

Order was printed improperly, they finally agreed to redo the order within 48 hours...5 days later, no returned phone calls, I finally demand to speak to the owner who refuses to be bothered and has the employee admit they did not remake the order but could do so if I still wanted.

Refurbished my Mom & Dad's 1946 Marriage License that I wanted to surprise my 93 years young Mother with for her Birthday; the matting, frame and workmanship brought this piece of Family History back to life. Pricing was very reasonable and job completed on a timely basis.

I prefer to have hard copies of my special pictures rather than save them on my phone or computer. They use quality paper and the prints are clear and look professional. In addition to my personal prints, I take pictures for a couple of organizations, too.

While at a photography conference in California, I had the opportunity to work with TQI's owner Terry. She introduced me to many services her store/lab provided. Several of my MI store/labs were closing and I was searching for replacements. I am pleased to say that TQI has met all my professional needs. Canvas, standard prints, along with frames and other accessories I need to fulfill my business/customer requests. I have not encountered any problems using TQI. Every order is done in a timely fashion and shipped in superb packaging. As a Michigan professional photographer I am very pleased with the services TQI has provided. I would recommend TQI for all full service photography needs.

When I print my pictures I only go to TQI. The color and quality of the prints is better than any other store in town or online. And they have so many other services there! I've had prints on canvas made, custom cards, and matting and framing. I have even brought in my kids' artwork to scan or laminate.
