I will never go there again, first time went there mark basically told me my trade in was junk, 2018 chev Silverado with 41000 miles on it, yes it wasn't the cleanest in side but I wasn't planning on doing anything. left that day and two days later Jason begs me to come back, we texted messages for a couple days and had agreed on a price(I have all.text to show anybody) anyway work out a deal and i.had to use truck as a loaner for 500 miles, never heard of that before, I'm sure they got a kickback from ford, but I texted him a price I wouldn't go over, went to do paperwork and almost done with it. he raised price 1500 dollars, Ben from finance was the only one I worked with that I would trust, Jason is nothing but a liar, TRUST ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Service Department was great to work with regarding the issues on my older Lincoln.
They also have a great variety of vehicles available at reasonable prices with very friendly staff. It's my intent to obtain my next vehicle through them.
A recommended dealer to use in the Wisconsin Rapids area!

Wow! Thank you Rapids Ford and Tony D of Rapids Ford. My old man and I needed to trade 8n the car we originally got there for something bigger. We needed more seating for all the people we constantly lug around and I wanted more ability to carry stuff if we didn't have passengers. We looked everywhere and everyone wanted at least a couple grand down along with the trade in and no one wanted to give us a decent value on our vehicle. Then we found something here that worked for us. A 7 seater Buick Enclave. Now don't get me wrong, we loved our little Kia Soul but it just wasn't big enough. Well, Tony D found a way to get us into the Enclave with no money down, just the trade in. We are ecstatic. And the process wasn't even painful. I give Rapids Ford 15 thumbs up. And in case everyone is wondering, yes these guys can help even if your credit isn't at 600 yet. Mine is only 595, my old man's is a few points lower. Rapids Ford will fight to help you. Our first vehicle here took the guy several hours to find something he could get us in, he never gave up. I don't know their actual motto but if you ask me, it's "you ain't going home without a car if we can help it". Love these guys. If and when we look to add a second car or trade up, I'm coming straight to Rapids Ford, forget the competition. They competition didn't fight to get us in what we needed, Tony D of Rapids Ford did. And Jon did too with our original vehicle. This team is awesome.

I bought a 2015 Ford Fusion from Rapids Ford and I absolutely love it! My salesman Jon (highly recommend) hooked me up with a great car for a outstanding price!
