Professional management, family-owners dedicated nearly 2 decades toward helping others toward better recovery or rehab. Great line & access to latest products, esp. power + ramp lifts. Sad that a few negative reviews here wreak of former weak employees' rantings; i know who.

Purchased a pair of crutches for $60. WhenI got home they were the wrong size. They would not exchange them or refund my money.Told them to "keep them"Went to Alpine medical and they hooked me up with the right size. They were the same crutches Rapid Rehad had but at a lower price.

Very poor customer service. When I arrived to pick up medical walker for my husband who was just discharged from hospital stay, I was informed he needed to be there to sign for
the item and fitted for the walker. Mayo Clinic did provide them with his height and weight as they requested to get the correct walker. I was informed by Jodi and manager Jessica that
I should of assumed he needed to be there to sign. No one informed me of this before driving over 1 hour to Rapid Rehab. I did inform Mayo Clinic occupation therapy in Lacrosse and
Rochester, Minn of what had happened and they were very disappointed to hear how I was treated that day and will not refer patients to this place in Wisconsin Rapids. I also spoke with Security Health my insurance company.

I was recommended Rapid Rehab by another medical supply store that did not have the walker my husband needed. The walker was ordered and approved by his insurance. I spoke with Brooke on the phone who helped me and told her I would be in to pick it up soon because he just came home from hospital and would need this at home. At arriving at Rapid Rehab I was told my husband had to be there to sign and fitted for walker. This was never told to me during my many conversations with Brooke. Jodi and Jessica both told me they assumed I knew he needed to come to sign. It was very difficult sending email for my husband to sign as he a cancer patient was just discharged a day ago from hospital stay. He will probably need a wheelchair at sometime and I will not come back to Rapid Rehab and I will share this horrible experience with my insurance and Lacrosse Mayo Hospital and Rochester Mayo Hospital.

Our youngest daughter was recently married and to have my parents attend we would need to rent a wheel chair for each. The staff is vey knowledgeable and got us set-up with the correct chairs. The chairs themselves were top quality and in excellent condition!
Many Thx! Having our parents there made priceless memories.

Very, very overpriced.$3,000 difference in price. Exact same scooter my dad needs to purchase was $5,000 @ Rapid Rehab and Alpine Medical has the EXACT SAME SCOOTER for $2,000. Ridiculous!

I always have great customer service! Unfortunately, they don't always have great customers. Sherry, I am sorry for my crabby message on Tuesday. I appreciate your established and commitment to customer service.

Great customer service from nice people. I've only been there twice in about five years, and both times the shop assistants have been very pleasant and helpful.

Way over priced. They charge double for the same products as their competitors. Staff either is under educated or just straight out lie to the consumers. I have dealt with them more then once and after last go around will never go to them again. Its bad enough to deal with health issues but to have to fight with a supplier and have to constantly call the insurance company to find out if they are telling you the true, just to find out the store is lieing to you time and time again is a shame.

If you have other options, I'd recommend you go elsewhere. The staff is extremely rude and seems to have their own agenda and fails to listen to their patients. My wife researched the product she wanted. Her prescription or orders included this machine. When I initially called them I asked if they had the device she wanted. They said that they did and scheduled an appointment for the a week or two later. When she got there they didn't have the machine she had requested. They said that they could order it, but she'd have to wait another two-three weeks. Having heart issues, she didn't want to postpone it so she took what they had. Then she had to switch to a different mask as the one she had to exchange her mask as she was having difficulty breathing with this one. I called first thing yesterday morning and the lady that answered said she didn't know anything and everyone else was in a meeting and she'd have someone call me back. Didn't get a call back until the following afternoon. The guy set an appointment for today to switch. My wife also had spinal surgery 3 days ago and they were aware. When we got there we they told her that it wasn't in stock and and they'd have to order it. Absolutely awful customer service. Not polite or apologetic. They only tried to sell her a different mask that she didn't want. Will never step foot in their store again other then to return their equipment.

I really don't like these people. It seems that their mission is to make as much money as possible courtesy of medicare and insurance companies. Not so many years ago this was a tiny fledgling operation. Now they seem pretty big, and I don't think it is because they are good

Bought a defective Mattress Genie from them. They refused to take back or refund. Deceptive business that does not advertise their "no return" policy
