    I've been banking with paper city savings for many years now. This morning had a wonderful encounter with Emma an employee at the Wisconsin Rapids branch. She was very friendly and helpful, I was glad she was there to walk me thru the new IT machine. Great customer service I recommend their services.

    When I was looking for a house a few years ago I found a bank-owned property by this financial institution. I did not qualify for a typical 30-year mortgage. Because it was a bank-owned property they worked with me. They didnt make me pay PMI give me a very good interest rate.
