Associate discounted customer’s experience as a mechanic, as well as general common sense based off of a few sales returns just to try and upsell. Attempted to concede and let the issue go but he had to make sure I knew his 12 year’s experience at O’Reilly’s was worth more than 10 years mechanic experience and 4 years engineering schooling plus dense research into the product. I would prefer to purchase the product I want without being told I’m too young to know what I’m talking about.

Went into O'Reilly auto parts today to get new headlights for my vehicle. The wonderful guy that waited on me helped me pick out the bulbs I needed and he even offered to install them for me!! Thank you so much! Your customer service is AWESOME! So appreciated your kindness and expertise. Thank you for saving my marriage. Keep up doing what you do!!!

Had a great experience at this location. Came in with a burnt out headlight & Kyle went above and beyond to help me. He even helped me change the bulb while I was there. Would definitely go back

The guys at this location are just phenomenal!I’m not from here, and have been having some pretty terrible experiences with a local dealership.Every single time I go to this location they’re helpful, honest, and always go the extra mile to help. I trust them completely to tell me what I need rather than just trying to sell me things I don’t need. They’ll even install your wipers, battery, and a few other things.
