Very very absolutely pissed we got told a estimate had the down payment and got told to get more for a down payment for a 4 door car that way we don’t have a single cab truck for me my husband and my 3 YEAR old and these people are not worth it they don’t try to help nothing they are just money hungry for down payments will never go here again! Don’t get me wrong good customer service but the sales man we had will never deal with ever again

They were there when I needed help. The service department is Fantastic. I had my vehicle towed in without having an appointment and they worked it when while we were stranded. Thank you Mark S for being there for us. We can't thank you enough.

About two years ago I bought a 2017 Jeep Renegade from them, the price was high, but the service was great. It has an odd problem where it prematurely shifts into fourth, but other than that I have had no issues after 22,000 miles. The dealership does try to pressure some customers into financing if you are getting yours from a credit union. Vehicle did make it on three 1,000 mile road trips with no problems.

Waited almost a Month for Delivery of New Car. I made it clear I did not want a Demo. It was delivered with 461 Miles on it. Then they lied stating it was brought in from a Dealer in Iowa. After I got it home I found it was brought in from a local Dealer in Wisconsin.
It was not preped for delivery and the interior was filthy. Unfortunately I did not inspect thoroughly or I would have walked away from the deal. The one shining star in this shop is the parts department getting my Weather Tech Mats in 48 hours.
Three weeks later, after they told me they would look into it I have not heard anything from them.
Still waiting for a response. 1/10/2024

Nate was Great ! He went above and beyond to make the deal happen. He worked around my crazy schedule, brought me several vehicles to look at and test. He even picked me up and drove me to the dealership for the final purchase. A Big Thank Nate for making this a great buying experience.

I have been going there for a years now. Absolutely impressed by how Wes treats people when coming in to have there vehicles fixed or just a question on them..he truly takes take to listen to your concern and not just blow you off. Great job Wes. ?

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!Waited 2 weeks for service with then knowing we need a loaner car since its our only vehicle. The service manager said they can work something out.My wife takes it in and explains that she can't be without a vehicle since she had a heart attack 3 weeks ago. She is a disabled veteran. She went with her friend and was told , rudely, by the service manager there are no loan vehicles available.He then diagnosed the issue, which was exactly what the code reader said, and she told him we need to take it somewhere they have a loan vehicle for her.The manager got angry, irate, was rude. All towards my wife just e weeks since her heart attack, which he knew.avoid this place at all costs. Rude, lying, unprofessional, and a don't care attitude.
