“Recently I went in to purchase a new phone. A man who's name I'll leave unannounced helped me out on my first trip in. He was a very pushy salesman and sold me everything under the sun for my phone including a car charger that wasn't even the right kind for my phone. What a way to do business! He also didn't take the time to show me the phone or even set it up. So with that being said, my phone wasn't set properly and I was under the assumption it was. 4 days passed before I realized I wasn't receiving phone calls.After much frustration and 4 trips into the store I finally met Allen who saved me from leaving US Cellular and going someplace else. He helped me with my phone and did all the things the other salesman didn't do.Thank you again Allen, you are my go to now at US Cellular in Rapids!”
