We just purchased a second trailer (a Bullet 287RLS) from DNL after having had such a great experience 3 years ago. Dakota and Nick were once again a pleasure to work with. Their price was very competitive and the customer service was excellent.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RV DEALERSHIP.
They are a small, family owned business who are head and shoulders above the big “chains” when it comes to customer service.
We bought our first trailer from DNL in 2021 and it was a pleasure to deal with them. Due to pandemic related parts shortages the trailer did not have the ladder installed at the factory so I took it back several months later when they were able to get one in stock. I have also has other services done since then and each time have been thoroughly pleased with the results. BTW, I drive 2.5 hours each way to get service there but it is definitely worth the drive!

Bought a travel trailer they were selling on consignment (no warranty). It took almost a month after signing a contract with them to complete their inspection. They did manage to finish 4 days early when I harassed them and asked them to skip their cleaning. When I showed up on the day of final walk through and pick up, we found 2 minor issues that they fixed while I was there. We also found a spot of water damage on the panelling that the gentleman assured me was from the roof that they repaired and I hauled it home. The first time it rained, water came pooring inside...

My wife and I purchased a new Wildwood travel trailer from DNL this spring. We have purchased three trailers in this area but this was the first time purchasing from DNL. I would not purchase a trailer from anywhere else! Nick, Dakota, Lori and the staff provided top notch customer service. Dakota walked us through several campers, was polite and spent a lot of time with us! The walk thru on our new trailer was the best I have experienced. They even helped me adjust and hook up the hitch and sway bars and the techs even came in on their day off to do it!
Kudos to DNL, you have a customer for life!

Highly recommend! Anyone searching for a camper, save your running around & just go to DNL Recreation. I am speaking from experience! Nick & all the staff that work there are exceptional. If you are purchasing or needing repairs they are the absolute best. Better than 5 ⭐️

Everyone, from the owner (Nick) to the salesman (Dakota) to the maintenance men and the gals that answer phones and help with the paperwork are very helpful and great to work with. Service was great, all questions explained and answered. Buy your camper from them...you will be very happy!

We absolutely love DNL. The staff and owners are friendly, paitent, and easy to work with. We've bought multiple campers from them and have always been extremely happy with the service. You know they care about their customers when they recognize you when you walk in several years after your last purchase.

WOW! The staff, from the owner to the customer sales and service departments at D&L Recreation are FIVE STARS plus! I have purchased a slide in camper and things could not have gone more smoothly. I had a specialty part built and the cost and quality were excellent. And this spring I needed an emergency repair on an RV trailer and the business bent over backwards to help me on my way. When you interact with this business you will experience customer service of the highest quality and a business that puts integrity behind their name. This business is fantastic! Most RV dealers sell you a product and don’t give good followup service. D&L Does!!!

Great customer service popular place to shop many customers at one time. EVERY business wants this. Scheduled repairs will post again after repairs
Got sink installed and converter found and turned on again, best service professional ,courteous, and prompt, and a good price to boot!!!
Once more these guys came to my rescue blown main power switch about 1 hr and I am ready for winter best service from these guys

I cannot give this place a high enough rating. These people know good business and go above and beyond. We're literally pulling away with our new camper now and I'm just amazed at how well we were treated and how friendly every single person there is. We purchased a used camper on consignment and they never once made us feel less than someone who was buying something new and expensive. As long as this place is open, they will always have our business! This is without a doubt the best dealership in Rapids.
