Both times I came to the pharmacy here the employees were very rude and had very poor customer service skills.

Pharmacy staff has been extremely rude. I thought it was just a bad day the first time but I have been to this location 3 different times now and twice on the phone each time they have been rude. I’ve also never had so many issues getting prescription medication. I usually prefer CVS but now they have lost a customer after years of loyal patronage. Yikes.

I was traveling and forgot my meds. Amara helped me on the phone to get me a small amount of my meds to last me until I got home. I stopped by an hour later and my meds were ready and waiting. Nice job Amara and CVS!

I came from Illinois to Wisconsin for a 5 day vacation and when I got here I realized I had left all my medications at home. I immediately called CVS in Wisconsin Rapids and explained to David what had happened and after an hour of David working on it he managed to get me 5 days of meds and saved a much needed vacation. David went above and beyond for this customer, I am so very appreciative.

Had 2 prescriptions called in was able to pick one up right away. Had to wait 48hrs to get the other one. Called multiple times and was left on hold for 30mins the first time and 20mins the 2nd time. Tried to use good rx coupon and they claimed it didn't work! First and last time I will use CVS.

Called the pharmacy before they were closed for the day and no one picked up. I've had nothing but problems with this pharmacy when filling prescriptions. If you can go anywhere else I recommend doing so.

I had surgery at 8:00 this morning. Sept 28th 2023. It is now 4:00. My doctor prescribed an antibiotic something for nausea and pain medication 3 days ago but when I went to pick it up the pharmacist told me the pain medication was not ready, I went back twice that day still not ready, went the next afternoon at 5:00 p.m. and was told the prescription had been canceled. I called my doctor first thing that next morning and she told me it was not canceled I called the pharmacy and they told me it was canceled but refused to say who canceled it. This brings me to today, the day of surgery. I made sure my doctor called in a new prescription from the hospital. We live over an hour away from the hospital. They were told they needed you rush it since they hadn't filled it 3 days prior. Upon arriving to the pharmacy (the drive-in is always closed). My husband was told and in a very rude manner that there were only two people working and the prescription would be ready when it was ready! He also said he was still working on Mondays prescriptions. It's 4 O'clock Thursday!Are you kidding me! I just had SURGERY!!!I used to like CVS but it's been really going downhill for the last year and in the last 3 months they're impossible. I haven't switched because this is the preferred pharmacy through my insurance. If I go anywhere else my drugs are more expensive. I think I'm ready to pay the bigger expense because this pharmacy and they're particularly rude manners have gotten totally out of control! It's not like we are in Milwaukee either! This is a small rural community, population around 17000. There are at least 4 other pharmacies with Walmart being one of them. Most people go there. Plus not everyone in town needs medicine!I applied a couple years ago when they were hiring but they never called me. I am usually extremely polite and I am well educated. The fact that I was 60 at the time turned them off, but they would never say it outright. They have easily went through 12 pharmacy people this year. I wonder why everyone keeps quitting??If you want your medicine on time go elsewhere.
