I was told by another service shop I needed a new air bag shock for my truck. They said mine had a hole in it. They could hear air when they filled it up. Apperently they didn't actually look at it. Called CMK to see if they had one. Since other place said you had to buy 2 new ones. He had one that he thought would work. When he went under the truck to see if it would, we found that only the air line had a hole on it. He could have sold me new bag, but instead cut the line and fixed it for no charge. Great experience.

WOW! I highly recommend NOT taking your RV to CMK for generator service. When I took mine in for an oil change it was starting and running well, having never had a problem with it. After he had it for a few days he called me and said it wasn’t putting out any AC so he would have it for a few more days. When I went in to pick it up, he charged me $450 for 5 hours of labor because he said he had to drop it out of the RV to work on it. Today I took it back in because it didn’t want to start. He spent 5 minutes or so on it. I saw him remove the air filter and work on it a bit. Then he went back into the shop to get some tools. After another 10 minutes or so he put it back together. When he came out from under the RV he started walking away, not acknowledging me at all. AS HE WAS WALKING AWAY, he said he adjusted the choke and if it didn't start next time he didn't know what the problem was. He went in his shop and never came back out (I waited about 10 minutes). I get that things happen, but I’ve never experienced such rude disrespect from a business owner! He doesn’t stand behind his work and has NO customer service skills. Oh, and by the way, when we picked it up and paid $450, he said he doesn't even do RV generator oil changes because "that's someone else's problem." I sure wish he would have told me that when I dropped it off! Would have saved a lot of frustration and money.

100% satisfied with the amount of customer service this place provides. Had an issue with a starter that's no longer in production. Other places I tried dismissed me because the part wasn't in their ordering book. Not only was I not dismissed my issue was researched and resolved at a more than fair price. Will definitely bring any business I have back.

Save your time and money and shop anywhere but here . He has no customer service skills and his knowledge on installing the toppers he sells is questionable . I bought a topper and spent 2 hours in the parking lot as he put the topper on my truck and attempted to wire it . I found out that evening it wasn't properly wired as the brake light was flashing along with the turn signals . I went back the next day and told him the problem and he said he doesn't know how to properly do it . So I took my truck to another topper dealer and had it done the proper way to have my lights work correctly at my own expense after paying Krug for a top and install ! So save your time as well as money and just go to some one who appreciates the sale and will do it correctly .

Chad did an excellent job wiring a winch for me. He also found and fixed a cracked battery connector I wasn't aware of. Great attention to detail!
