They put new pumps in but now half the time it doesn't accept your card or doesn't accept your PIN number so you have to go in and prepay because you can't pay at the pump. It's just a hassle

My daughter worked there for 2 weeks. Getting her paycheck was close to impossible and then her check bounced!! Second paycheck was canceled. It was only $80.The managers are rude to say the least. My advice...Keep driving. You'd have better service at the station up the street.

The only reason this place has 4 stars is cause the people who owned it before. I worked for this company and not only did they Not pay me but their checks bounced. They don't pay taxes. IRS was just in there. Horrible place not only to work for but to come to. Horrible owners, disrespectful, and poor management!! Don't waste a penny!

Was verbally assaulted by the clerk over a misunderstanding. Also stood outside in 20° weather for over 5 minutes waiting for him to approve my pump because he was mopping with earbuds in and not paying attention to the pumps. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I'm now regretting that I didn't call the cops on him because his actions were beyond disrespectful, extremely unprofessional, and incredibly rude and uncalled for.

All other Shell stations in Wisconsin Rapids, WI give patrons a $.05 per gallon discount for paying with cash. This one DOES NOT. And don't ask because you'll get your head bitten off. Lady asked me if I wanted a receipt to which I replied, \\\"Yes Ma'am, Thank you!\\\" When she gave me my change \\u0026 my receipt she slammed them onto the counter and said \\\"There\\\". I told her \\\"Thank you!\\\" once more and she never looked up, smiled, or even said have a good day. I've been around for a lot of years and never have I seen someone so rude as the lady behind the counter at this gas station. No more stopping here.

Shell gas station, previously a Citgo gas station. The price of gas was lower than most of the other gas stations, which recently raised the price of gas.Older gas pumps, with some being out of order. Some (or all) of the gas pumps wouldn't take credit cards. Service inside took a while.

Since the new owners took over this gas station is terrible. The cashiers would rather talk to eachother than help the costumer. Terrible service
