We have a family reunion and chose Quality Inn & Suites Wisconsin Dell. To be honest, it is the nicest time we have had in the hotel, from booking to check-out. The customer relationship and experience are fantastic. It's simply like we're at home.
Sunny is a wonderful person, and he and his staff go above and beyond to make you happy. Despite the enormous number of families visiting the hotel, Sunny and his colleagues were able to satisfy our religious and cultural needs by giving us with a fantastic alternative that made our stay unforgettable.
Keep it up Sunny and your team. Looking forward to visit soon again.

Rooms: Our pet friendly room smelled like musty and moldy, but the bed was very very comfortable. Plenty of hot water, good vending and service.

Easy in and out. Sam was friendly and accommodating. No complaints. Beds comfortable. Clean. Breakfast very good and rounded.

Not sure how to leave NO STARS! Absolute DUMP! Don’t stay here there was water pouring out the vent in the ceiling all over me when I sat on a soaking wet toilet that rocked like crazy. I ran to the front desk to tell them and they said it was moisture lol lol lol. I’m not stupid and didn’t want to pay for a room that rained on me but the manager was no way to be found interesting? A choice gold member needed help and they didn’t do NOTHING

Easy to find and use as a base for exploration. Close to all services. Greeted/checked in by the manager. Clean rooms, great beds, table and chairs in room for business or meals. Wonderful breakfast.
Rooms: Clean, spacious, quiet, restful atmosphere. Feeling of safety. Hotel amenities. Chairs and table for meals or business. Excellent beds and linens.
Nearby activities: Restaurants nearby, if a walker, could take a short walk to a few. Paul Bunyon's Dinner and show just around the block. Short drive to shops, Gas close by.

Great, friendly customer service. Clean rooms. Staff handling the breakfast were very tidy. A guest dropped some food in the elevator and didn't pick it up, which is rude and wasn't noticed by staff. However, everything was as I expected and the price was nice. Location was a little off the beaten path but perfectly fine for us. Why pay more when you're just spending the majority of your time sleeping?
Rooms: Clean and well kept. A family with little kids were quite loud in the hall around midnight, but that happens. People should be more considerate.
Safety: Did not feel unsafe.
