Thank you!!! We were on vacation and needed our truck fixed ASAP. They got us in when we called and had the truck fixed in a couple hours!

Our car started to over heat as we were trying to drive home from the Dell’s. We were going to get our car towed but when my husband called Platt’s we were only 7 miles away. The guy my husband talked to said he’d come get us but he also said we really weren’t that far and suggested if we could get the car there just to try and drive it so we don’t have to pay for a tow. My husband was able to get the car there and the next day they looked at our car and found it was a simple fix! A tube had come loose and they fixed it for an affordable price and we were able to pick the car up by 9:30 am! They were great!! We so appreciated the honesty and the timely fashion they got our car in and fixed! For sure recommend going here if you have car troubles while on vacation or live in the area!

Hit a pothole while Ubering here in the Dells. They were able to get me in that day wihin an hour and a half and I was fixed up. Back on the road! Nice folks!

We woke up to a dead battery on vacation and called Platts. They came put and jumped it in less than 30 minutes. They diagnosed the issue, had us head straight to the shop and immediately fixed it. We had a functional car in about an hour. The guys were nice, polite and great to work with. Highly recommend!

I drove a group of girls to the Dells for a sports tournament. The AC went out in my vehicle. Platt’s got it in right away and back within a couple hours. I'm so grateful for their help.

Platt’s Garage is my actual hero!!! A HUGE THANK YOU you to the owner and the amazing mechanic (Steve) who fixed the flat I had in my left tire in under 5 minutes and right at their closing time. I’m an Illinois resident but on vacation in WI and we tried to go to several other tire places that turned us away due to it being right before close. We were an hour away from our hotel and our tire pressure was SO low, we were worried about getting stranded. So, THANK YOU (x1 million) to this amazing business! I have the upmost respect for the owner and his team! They were professional, kind, SO friendly, and affordable!
I literally could cry, thank you guys for being so awesome and saving our trip from a VERY sad ending!! ? yall rock, pls choose Platt’s Garage for all your needs!!!!!!

My car broke down by the expressway on memorial day the next day I called them and they sent a very nice young man to pick up my car keys in Reedsburg Wisconsin and he went to the address where my car was and towed it for me. I had no idea that they would work on the car so fast to get me back going on the street unfortunately my engine blew out and I needed a new one . The car wasn't worth replacing the engine and I didn't have the tow money to pay upfront so he allowed me to keep my car on his property until I got my social security money on my card today. This guy is awesome and the fee for everything was only a little bit over $200. Thanks Mr Marty for everything ❤️❤️❤️

Mike at platts garage is amazing, I brought my car to Walmart auto care just to change my tires and they broke one of my wheel studs and cross threaded on so I call Platts garage to take my car from there and they fix it so perfect
