Did a half a** job on their premium clean. Don’t like negative reviews, But when they clearly only clean half the truck, it was clearly earned.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. This is by far the WORST car wash I have ever been to. Paid for the highest option on their board and was left with almost as dirty of a vehicle as I went in with. Incompetent worker that was fine with splatters bugs all over my windshield and wheels looked worse that before stepping onto the grounds of this terrible business. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. The attendant didn’t care at all and has no clue about customer service. Time for this place to just shut down.

We were visiting here for Corvette Adventures 2022 following a 5+ hour bug filled drive from sothern Illinois, and the plentiful pine pollen in the Dells, we needed a good bath for the Corvette. Not only did it not get the bugs off, but it spotted the car with soap residue which attracted more pollen. We returned to the carwash with a few hours to see if we could run the car through the wash again, but was told by the rude attendant that it would just happen again. At 14.00 for the wash, I would expect better, but when you are one of two carwashes in the area, I guess this makes it easy to rip people off and not make good on your poor wash! I will be back in the area for future Corvette Advnetures, but you will never get another dime of my busines!

This place is great if you want to wash your own car or truck for ten bucks you have enough time to do the works and not have to rush through it you can actually get the job done right if you don't mind using your own elbow grease
