This place is awesome. After a 3 hour trip to the Dells to snowmobile with friends. I realized I forgot my helmet at home. Called them to see if they had my size. They did. I wasn't sure if I would make it before closing and they said they would wait. I did make it minutes before closing. These people could have stuck it to me and I had no options. No they took care of me.i am so glad business like this still exists.

Outstanding Arctic Cat snowmobile dealership and service center. Have taken multiple snowmobiles to them for tune ups and the service has been great every time with a fast turn around time.

We needed to replace our boat motor. Erik was instrumental in finding a motor and giving us professional advice. He kept us apprised of the progress through this process. He called after the work was complete to see how the motor performed and if we were happy. He took extra effort to repair a previous problem we weren’t aware of. We won’t go to any other marina now. Exceptional service at Morse and Erik is our hero.

Salesperson who answered the phone appeared to be very rude and dry when I called to inquire about atv inventory and services. Gave me a one-word answer "no" and hung up the phone, maybe they were in a hurry but it's not a very nice first impression.
