I have shopped at many Joanns and this one in the Dells is the best organized and cleanest one of all. My pet peeve is polar fleece and this store keeps it looking nice and organized. The employees are always nice also.

It's the only craft game in town so I am grateful for that but there is ONE CASHIER who is so bad I sometimes leave if she is there. She talks soooo much even if the line is super long. Sometimes I just want to check out and leave without telling my life story. I was there on 2/18/24 to grab 3 items. I waiting in line 20 minutes because she is sooooooo talkative. I understand being chatty if no one is in the store but there were 15 people in line and some even left without making purchases. She's been there a couple years now and seems to work every time the store is open. I wish I could avoid her. I'm sure some people love her but I honestly wish there was a self checkout.

I'm a craftaholic so this place is heaven to me. There's been quite a few times when they were out of the sale items but the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Employees are very knowledgeable and helpful! Had a few questions about the sewing machines and the woman helping me answered all my questions and then some! Great deals at all time of the year. Crafts and beads, fabrics and paints. Plus so much more!

Always check your receipt!!!The cashier was very chatty. Bu made me feel stupid, like I never shopped at joanns before. Like Ive never used the rewards app, or how to use the receipt coupons.I was asked if I wanted to round up. I said NO. Well guess what. They rounded up, despite me saying NO. Thank you.No, is no!I originally went in for a cross stitch project. Your selection is horrible. Only one little display hook, with a few assortment designs; which weren't even that good of designs.Good thing I was just visiting the area. If this was my local joanns, I probably wouldn't be shopping here much.

Bought some yarn and paid cash returned the yarn and they would only give me store credit even though I had the receipt. If you pay cash you should get cash it’s not like it was 12 dollars it was $50 and I needed the cash not a gift card.
