The rooms are simple, but clean. We didn't get the room described in the image we booked, but it all worked out okay. Highly recommend as a great value options.
Nearby activities: Next to Noah's Ark
Walkability: Some restaurants nearby about a mile away from main road.

Do not go to this resort it is infected with bed bugs and also has a sewerage problem. We went to the manager on duty she is a young girl and told her our problem. She told us nothing she can do about it and if we don't want to stay we can find another place. I ask to speak to the upper Manager she said it is the owner and he lives in Chicago. People don't wast your money on a low budget Motel that promises 5 star resort.

The resort is right off the lake. Very conveniently located. Staff is very welcoming and accommodating.

Not only was the supposed male manager on duty condescending and rude but when trying to contact them again the manager Bella did nothing to help us out either.Our hearts are breaking from the already devastando news of COVID and being extremely ill and missing our vacation but the added stress and disgusting behavior from this resort added on to it.So disheartening that they refuse to accommodate their customers in any way.This is not over and will not be until our money is refunded.I tested positive for COVID 2 days before our trip with my co workers who work in very close proximity with me.I have a 102 fever, a hard time breathing amongst other symptoms.We notified this resort as soon as we found out.They refused to provide us a refund and would rather us come to the resort sick instead of helping out their customers.We let them know we would still be coming to resort so that we do not lose out on our money.The manager was very rude and condescending.He would rather have COVID positive groups there than take care of their ill customers.DO NOT GO HERE. You will guaranteed get sick.This was reported to the CDC immediately and the Wisconsin health department.So heads up to all customers this weekend, you have a COVID positive group coming your way! You may want to reconsider your trip.

The resort is dirty. There was a strange smell in the room. The air conditioner was very noisy. The room is different from the photos. When the door was opened, many flies flew into the room. Flying around, we couldn't sleep at night. The service of the resort staff is very good. Ask the staff if you can reduce the one-night stay and refund the money. At that time, it was ok. After the trip, I called the resort to ask how to refund the money. The staff said that the money was not refunded. This resort is a black shop

The burning love bunch is the band that I'm in, and we love this place. We have had the great opertunity to play right by the lake and palm trees all around. The hospitality is wonderful and the rooms are very nice and right near the water with a beautiful beach. I can't say enough good things about this place. If u get the chance stop buy rent a room with beautiful view, you won't be disappointed. It's also located super close to all things in the dells but hidden away so u don't feel like ur in the city. Thank u to the owners and staff for being so welcoming and making our night so enjoyable.

I love the resort because it is right by the lake, it felt safe for the kids to play in the water, there is a fire place too, ohhh who doesn't like Smors and Marshmallows?
Also there is the opportunity to listen to music at night, oldies are the best 70, 80, specialty is Elvis times!

Way overpriced for what you get. I understand they are remodeled and they look nice but the bedding was not clean. It scares me wondering if the top bedding was even washed honestly. They had a liner on the mattress that had stains all over it which included dog prints and they just flipped it over. You can see in the image me lifting it and taking this photo. They make you pay an outrageous cleaning fee when they don't even have room service or maids and you have to do everything yourself which makes no sense to me. You have to clean your own room, own utensils and take out your own garbage and even have to go to office for new linen and toilet paper. When I emptied out garbage the bottom of both bins were filthy yet on their website they say they "thoroughly clean each unit between guests." And all of the pet rooms go through " rigorous examination" after the pet has stayed. I find that hard to believe considering the amount of stains found on our mattress liner as well as the condition of the garbage bins in our room and not to mention the dirty rim of the toilet when we walked in the room as well that was all black on the side. What exactly did my cleaning fee cover if I did most of the work and they can't even have those items clean for us? And the tv didn't even work half the time. It would stop mid show and come back on 20 mins later IF we were lucky.

Great place to stay away from all the crowds of the dells. A little beach to relax on at night. Clean rooms. Friendly workers. We walked to Noah’s Ark from there.

Besides for being a great location this place is wild. Like everything is less than. The rooms had 1 ac unit. So it was scorching in the room and freezing in the pull out couch area. There are not end tables so you don’t have anywhere for your stuff. We found blood and dog hair on our pull out couch. Not to mention my nephew cut his leg pretty badly on an exposed frame piece. I’m not sure they run the pool filter. They charge you if you don’t take out the garbage to the dumpster? I’ve never heard of such a thing. It’s so expensive for what it is. Had you told me it was 100$ a night I could have said ok I’ll deal. Absolutely not. I slept in my clothes. ?

We had a nice stay in one of the less expensive units. They have been recently remodeled and are cozy. It was a nice place for our dog as the floors were all tile and we didn’t have to worry about staining a carpet if she did happen to have an accident. It was a nice quiet area to stay in, just far enough from the busy street and downtown. The pool was nice to have during in between times of activities. The kayaks and stand up paddle boards were nice to use without extra pay.

My whole family loves this place. We have stayed here several times over the last few years and prefer it to the giant resorts. pool, priavate beach, nightly bonfire, awesome staff and ownership. I have recomended this resort to many friends
