Matt/ Mechanic and Sally/Service Writer were exceptional. Ready to head home to NC when my engine light came on. They squeezed me in to check it out and felt it was something that possibly was covered under warranty, so a type to the dealership was done. I appreciate so much that they checked it out ASAP. My fiancée and I had the dreaded brake light flash on our dashboard during our trip to the Dells. The woman at the front desk looked at our car within minutes and conducted an inspection free of charge. Overall great service and friendly people!

Highly recommend this shop!! Called here after a piece of the front of my car fell off from pulling to far onto the curb and I had a two hour drive home ahead of me, they answered the phone and told me I could come right now and had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! My car is nothing special and apparently that piece was already being held on with zip ties, but the fact that they were willing to take it in and put some new zip ties on for me, free of charge, immediately was incredible and made my vacation so much better!

Yesterday my car died on the interstate. I was 6 hours from home. The tow service suggested this place. They got me in immediately, and back on the road in a few hours. Forever thankful. Great staff.

They do good work, first and foremost. They are people, so mistakes can happen, but it's never going to be intentional. It does cost quite a bit, but that is auto repair these days. In the dells, they are the cheapest and most reliable. I've never been pushed off from them, even if I've had to reschedule a couple times lol. Good people, worth the trip.

Brought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan to have my air conditioning looked at since it was only throwing warm air..
They were very professional and inexpensive and had fixed my van very quickly .Definitely my new go to mechanic in the area.
Thank you my van is now throwing
much needed cold air.

Dells auto center was amazing. Not only were they able to check my vehicle right away but were very honest. On what I thought was going to be hundreds of dollars turned out just a loose nut that needed to be tightened. I can’t express how thankful I am. Would 100% recommend

While at a conference at the Wilderness resort I discovered that I had a flat tire. I called Dell's auto and they said that I should just bring it in and they would repair it. They also suggested that I see if maintenance at the hotel could put enough air in so that I could drive there. Long story short, I got my truck to them and they immediately fixed it. The tire was going to need to be replaced but it got me back to Appleton that night. What a great business! Can't say enough good about them

Just had my old F350 7.3 power stroke serviced today and Dells’ did a great job. Very thorough and timely service. We are only here for the summer and Dells Auto Center will be our go to repair shop as needed. Thank you for being customer focused like the good old days. God bless you.
