Good place you just have to set your budget most people that go in over spend on these sort of deals leave your self room an plan your vacations ahead an you should have no issues the staff are friendly they are sales reps but they do have a job to do so if you can't afford it then just say no, and they do have a 2yr plan as well so if you are low on funds or just don't trust it try that out.

Stayed at a timeshare cottage, we had both side by side units, , one side was wheelchair accessible (really tight for a power wheelchair) couldn't get the power wheelchair into the other unitWas told in the presentation that they are remodeling all the units to be completely handicap. Found out from the front desk that there's no remodeling going to be done except for normal every 5 year repaint and clean up but that just happened.Didn't buy into the timeshare.Nearby activities: Close by the Wisconsin Dells

First visited with my family in 2008, no wired internet in the cabins or lodges. Visited again in 2023, terrible wifi connection in all the properties. Can't even make a video call for Thanksgiving. Thousands of dollars invested and hundreds in maintenance every year, not even sure where the money goes. Maybe the properties will improve under Hilton management.

All in all, it was a really great vacation but, there were a few issues with the place. We arrived after midnight and a guy was in our unit. Some employee claiming to be servicing the unit. Very strange. It rained two of our three days and we had very wet floors by the patios.

I have to say that my experience with Bluegreen has been a rollercoaster ride of frustration. While the initial purchase of the sampler timeshare seemed like a good deal, we soon realized that there were a lot of hidden fees and restrictions that were not disclosed to us.During our stay at Christmas Mountain, we encountered a laundry list of issues - broken cabinet doors, broken glass in the cabinets, plumbing problems, and fireplace issues. On top of that, we were informed that we couldn't use the ski slope or the tubing unless we purchased another timeshare - a complete bait-and-switch!The tactics used during our meetings were also incredibly pushy. We were told that we needed to purchase more points and shell out more money for features that we were originally told were included. It was a high-pressure situation that left a bad taste in our mouths - not exactly what you want on vacation. To top it all off, the employees at Christmas Mountain seemed to lack any semblance of professionalism. Witnessing them getting high in front of our cabin was highly unprofessional and a dangerous liability. On top of all this, the hotel that Bluegreen booked for us in Minnesota was absolutely disgusting - full of partygoers and a serious mold problem. When we reached out to Bluegreen about this, they brushed us off with a weak apology. To be honest, I can't imagine a worse experience with a timeshare. We have reached out to Bluegreen to cancel this entire package deal and have been ignored time and time again. Save your money and avoid Bluegreen at all costs.

We stay at the RV park. Very nice place. People are very friendly and helpful. Clean showers and other amenities love going there. They had Halloween weekend when we were there, which was a fun time for kids and adults.

This was my first time staying at Christmas mountain, I wasn't there long enough to enjoy all the amenities but it was a beautiful place. We stay in a Villa and everything was clean and spacious. They have indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs, restaurant playgrounds, and more. Christmas Mountain definitely has a variety of ways to stay between campsites, villas, cabins you have different choices. I definitely enjoyed my visit and would have loved to stay longer.

Awesome place, check in was relatively fast and efficient. The Villa that we got was a two bedroom, king size bed upstairs queen size bed downstairs plenty of room we had issues with the icemaker and the AC unit upstairs but maintenance came right away within like 20 minutes of saying we had issues and the maintenance man was very efficient to solve the problem for us. He even checked the garbage disposal before leaving and noticed there was a pond noise and dug out a bottle cap and twisty tie that goes on bread that was left by the previous user of the unit. He said he likes to check these things while he is there so the current user has no further issues. They brought us a fan which was fine with me And they brought us a bag of ice until the icemaker could catch up to making ice.Nearby activities: Lots of things to do. I recommend the Jet boat tour on the Lower Dells of the Mississippi River. Along with the Upper Dells tour.Walkability: You must have own transportation during your stay even if using other activities at the resort.
