False advertising saying that the offer knucklehead tickets and noah’s ark on the website!!!We got there at 4 for our check in and got our room 3 hours later and they didnt even took the time to let me know the room was ready, I went to the room to find it myself it was ready ,!!!

I do not recommend this hotel at all, the service is very bad, they are rude and disrespectful, I went to receive my room and I never had a response, I waited more than three hours and nothing and the response from the hotel staff was that the sheets were dirty, that They had many people waiting, if you pay for a service, at least be professional, so don't even waste your time and money in this hotel. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER GO AGAIN.

Rooms: Beds are really uncomfortable and sheets where stiff and uncomfortable. Room wasn't clean floors still had food on them from last occupants. Really disappointed didn't even have a chair or couch to sit on.

I booked this hotel for one night during spring break. After I booked the room, I looked at the reviews and got nervous but decided to go with it anyways. It was the cheapest around, so I guess I should have known I was getting what I paid for. Rooms are supposed to be ready by 3pm for check in. As soon as we arrived, which was just before 3pm they had signs on the door apologizing about rooms probably won’t be ready at 3pm. I walked in the front door and the lady told me our room would be ready in another 30 minutes. I do understand things happen, but I feel like it’s a constant issue per the reviews. So we got back in our van & drove around for 30ish minutes since we had 6 kids in the car ready to swim, it was just overall inconvenient. When we got back, it was now closer to 4 and the line to check in was basically out the door. I stood there and waited and the family ahead of me was being told there room wasn’t ready and I can see how frustrated they were. The front desk lady just kept repeating herself about how there was nothing she could do, told the family to have a nice day and she literally clocked out in front of everyone and left leaving one lady to handle the check ins from a line that was forming out the door. I walked up to the desk and said I really hope my room is ready, she radioed housekeeping and they told her 5-10 more minutes but she gave me the keys anyways and told me to take my time getting to the room. So we got all the kids out of the car and by the time we got to our room it was 15 or so minutes later. The door wouldn’t open with our key card from the parking lot so my husband had to run all the way around to open the door for us. We walked up to our room and it seemed like housekeeping was gone. The room itself was big & spacious for our family of 8, but was completely disgusting. Carpets were caked with food, there was a TON of popcorn underneath the couches. The shower barely worked. There were stains on the sheets, which the bedding seemed washed/cleaned and was made but just completely stained. I told one of my kids to pick a bed and he was like I’m not sleeping there because it looks like blood stains and he definitely was not lying. There was a hot tub in the room with mirrors and there were hand prints all over the place and it just makes you think….just gross. The fridge didn’t close, the microwave barely worked. One of my kids freaked out because of the dead stink bug that was laying next to our bed. The table in the room was dirty/caked with food. It literally just looked Iike they went into the room and changed the bedding and walked out. Most of the reviews on here are about housekeeping and how it’s not to their standards and they will share it with their staff but that either isn’t happening or the staff really doesn’t care, I’m surprised the place is still open to be honest. The pool in the lobby was unswimable, it was TOO COLD! I can normally handle cold but it was cold cold. My kids wanted to go in there to play basketball but as soon as their feet touch the water they wanted to go back to the other pool. The pool room area itself was the only thing that was acceptable. Could use some work but overall somewhat clean. But I definitely do not recommend and will not be giving this place my money again.

***WARNING*** this place is a huge joke everything from the website is fake dont get fooled by filters service is bad the place is super dirty and outdated I booked a room for 3pm and they told me it would be ready in one hour went to check and nothing and three different families We're complaining about the same

This place was terrible they had called saying check-in was at 3 but after we had gone up to check out our room before heading out to eat but nothing could prepare us for what we were about to see there was a dolley in the bathroom along with rolls or toilet paper all over the floor and the beds were not even made and when we came down to do something about it they just said they were waiting on the sheets but then that means they could have picked up the rest of it and we were being charged from 3pm-11:00 with no compensation for the lost hrs. We ended up going somewhere else instead which is worth 5 stars for the literal same price.

We have stayed hear for years and have great experience until this week . We booked a stay for 6 nights . Our first issue was when we booked they said we would get knuckle head passes for the hole week for our family thats a 200.00 dollar savings for our family each time we went well they said they didn't do passes anymore but they never let me know that ahead of time . The room wasn't cleaned good or at all :( After 2 days we needed more towels ,garbage bags the basic stuff we talked to a worker 6 times before I finally went down to the desk asking for tp and towels telling them if we don't get stuff we would have to make a trip to Walmart ( they never came into our room the hole time even after called us each morning and asked if we wanted them to) The pool towels were almost never available and there were some days that there wasn't toilet paper in pool bathrooms . It was a bummer because our stay was 1,600.00 for the 6 nights . And yes I did talk to the manager through the week and nothing was done until I checked out they gave me my resort fee back so that helped a little . Such a bummer because we have really loved this hotel :(

I first have to say I prefer the family owned resorts in the dells. But this one is on a downward spiral since covid. And this is probably our last trip here.First off, greeted by a sign on the door stating rooms may not be ready at check in.Second the line was to the door when I checked in (4:12 pm and check in is at 3:00pm) was about 8 families deep. Watching people leave being told they would be called when their room was ready. I get up to the counter to find our ready. Finished checking in at 5:11pm. To me, an hour to check in is unacceptable.Third, we get to our room to find no towels. Go to the front desk again at 6 and bring this up to them. They said they are in laundry and should be out in about 45 minutes. We leave the pool at 7 to get some food. Go back to our room shower and have to use our beach towels since there are still no towels. Finishing up our shower, housekeeping comes in with towels at 7:15.Fourth, the resort area was not staffed. A bar that was closed. A slide with caution tape around it. No towels in the pool area or at the front desk, nore any soap or paper towels in the bath room. The pool looked cloudy as did the hot tub. Also if you plan on bringyour own towels no working drier for guest.We were on a trip with 6 nights in 3 different hotel's. This is the only negative one on this trip and the only negative one I have given this year.I understand it's spring break. But don't overbook when you're understaffed. I still had to pay the same price, if not more to get a worse experience.Also they no longer give passes to the indoor amusement park or water park. When I booked, it said they did, and still today shows they do for the water park during the summer months. The lady at the front desk said they will not be giving out passes anymore to the either.Rooms: Old decorations. And the mood lights over the bed were buzzing. The whirlpool in the room was very loud and jets were not powerful.Food & drinks: Not here, no breakfast and no one staffing the bar.

My family and I stayed here last weekend for my son's birthday, the hotel was nice and clean and the rooms were updated and clean as well! The pool was warm and perfect for my young kids! Service was great and were prompt with any requests. Safe to say we had a great time and would stay here again!The only negative thing I could say is the layout of the hotel is a bit confusing, but we managed!

Absolutely adorable and awesome for little ones... The toddler swimming area is a blast for my 2.5 year old.. if you have have little ones under 7year, they will enjoy this. Have only experienced this place in the off season December 2023. There's a few maintenance issues but nothing major. I would come back here. The TV's in the rooms are very nice and available for you to use own streaming service login (don't forget to log out of the streaming service when you leave) refrigerator and microwave in the rooms. fairly centrally located to everything.Nearby activities: Central location to lots of activities

Nice place to stay if you have littles under age 7, the indoor waterpark is really nice for like 4 and under. Rooms are clean, nice not crowded, Can be a little loud in the room if people are hanging out in the halls. Would definitely stay and recommend, staying if you have young kids.

Everything we needed for a nice weekend away for the family. Rooms were clean. Pool area was not super fancy but just right for my young kids. I saw a lot of negative reviews about cold water, but we didn’t run into that issue on the weekend we stayed. Overall, it was just what we were looking for, and a great value for the price.

I stayed her for 2 days and 2 nights for my birthday, and I must say that I am very pleased with the service I received. Booking was easy and checking in was smooth. The environment is clean. My room was clean up on entering. In addition to this it didn't have a bad smell as I have experienced in most hotels in the pass. The pool area is spacious and clean. My room had a jacuzzi which was perfect! I would definitely be staying here again. I started to recommend this hotel to my friends already! Good job Atlantis ? ? ?

We enjoyed our stay. I would recommend a rubber mat or something in the lobby by the pool door. It was quite slippery. Nonetheless, this was a great experience for a one night mini vacation with my family. The room was clean and comfortable with a balcony. Perfect hotel if you have younger kids that aren't ready for the big slides! Multiple swimming areas. Good location. The Noah's ark ticket and knucklehead pass make it a great value.

My room was very nice and clean, it had lots of space and a jacuzzi in the room. The pools were also nice and clean. The pools are great for litrle kids which is what i have and it came with free knuckleheads and Noah's ark tickets. Noah's ark is within walking distance. I Would stay here again.
