Would of been nice if they informed me that they are closed 90% of the time and for a week also for spring break as to not throw money away. So if your planning a trip tan elsewhere instead of paying for something you can't use.

I can't give this business a zero star or I would. I am very ? disappointed and disheartening. I was really hoping that I found a diamond hair studio near me since my old hairstylist is an hr away and the local ones botched my haircuts. I hoped they would help me with my curly hair which I expressed and was desperate. I left a message with this studio on their phone and on their website to please contact me. That I am desperate for a hairstylist to cut my hair right. I did not receive a call or If they did they did not leave a message. I definitely did not receive a message from their website. I checked my spam and regular email. For a small business I was going to call them next. I was going to call them on their open hrs but at that point I felt they didn't deserve my business anymore because obviously they didn't want it but they could've let me know they weren't accepting clients. Back to the grind for me to find a place that can maybe help me. So disappointing!!

Great experience! My youngest cut off over 14" for Locks of Love. The stylist took time to discuss their desired new style and showed them styling tips and products. Great service and a personal touch.

I had my hair cut today and I couldn't be happier! when I asked friends for recommendations this place came up quite a bit and I'm very happy I went with them. my hair looks amazing and they did BETTER THAN what I asked for. you know that feeling when you've found your hair place, well.... I've found mine!
