Lazy !!! driver avoid this place
It's been 8 hours still here waiting for unloading, and all the negative reviews are true

Generally nice attitude by gate guard and lady whom checked me in. Not Impressed with work ethic of this place. It shouldn't take multiple hours to unload 4 pallets.
Do not recommend coming here unless you are planning a long wait time.

I arrived late, because the pickup took 7 hours to load the truck and when I arrived they notified me that it was not their problem and that I should call for a new itinerary for missing my appointment. New appointment 24 hours later

Arrived 2138 hours for a 2300 hour appointment. At 0100 I went inside to inquire why it was taking so long to unload and to inform them that I was now on detention time and had notified the shipper as such. The only response from them was " you're only 2 hours past your appointment time. " as if to say its no big deal.guy didn't give a shit that it was taking that long to unload me even after telling him I was now getting detention pay. So here we are past 0300 and still waiting. But the joke is on them at $50.00 an hour their lazy asses will be answering to Walgreens upper management when the extra bill comes in for detention pay. The amazing part is that with all these negative reviews; Walgreens still hasn't fixed this problem and fired people. WOW!!!!!!!!

Walgreens Management I gotta ask why do you treat truck drivers so badly? I had to wait more than 8 hours to get unloaded. Its not fair and really messes up my schedule. This kind of delay is just unacceptable. Please, do something to improve the unloading process and respect drivers' time

Horrible place to deliver. Ladies at the security office are nice, besides that horrible experience. Appointment 1 pm. Checked in at 12:30 pm. It is
5 pm and still not unloaded. Some of the drivers have been here for 8+ hours. Total waste of time. Never coming back to this place. Good luck if you do.

Honestly I checked in 7:40 am and 9:30 am unloading is done . It’s more better than 8hrs as said by other drivers. Again drivers will always have different experiences with both shippers and receivers .

Quick check in at security, however after getting into dock took over an hour to lock me in then as per other reviews, slow unload. Whoever was unloading me was also unloading 2-3 other trucks at the same time

Very very bad place they keep you there to unload you 7-9 hours so Don't go to west your time
