“I took my almost 10 year old car into Sparkle after having it in another shop for body work. The other shop really screwed the pooch with the paint work they did. Thoroughly disappointed with that shops work and lack of customer service, they will never get my business again! My experience at Sparkle has been the exact opposite. The work was done on time and on budget. Furthermore, the techs at Sparkle are true artists at what they do! My decade old vehicle looks as good as new! A couple of weeks after the work was completed, I had issues with my sun roof leaking. Thinking it might have something to do with the recent repairs, I reached out to Sparkle. They had me bring it in and determined the drains were blocked and had nothing to do with the repairs. Just the same, they cleared the drain tubes out for me and sent me on my way a little wiser (clean your sun roof drains out!). Thank you again Brian, Mark, and the rest of the Sparkle crew. “Very Professional!! We were very impressed! Just before we were to deliver our new truck to M.A.T. for undercoating the appointment was canceled due to an equipment failure. M.A.T. extended us a discount and we rolled those funds into a spray-in bed-liner. When this work was completed, our truck was driven out into the front lot where a few very miner overspray spots were removed. The professional technician took time to explain and show us the undercoating details where M.A.T. goes above and beyond. Our next new truck will also be making a trip to M.A.T. posthaste.”

“My service manager Kody, was very helpful. I had to have my truck towed to Zimbrick East in the afternoon due to an overheated engine. Kody was able to get my truck checked in and serviced the next morning and all repairs were completed.
He also sent me a video of the coolant leak that the technician had found. Such professionalism and thoroughness the technicians and Cody had when my truck was in the shop!! I have had my truck serviced at Zimbrick East for many years and will continue to do so!!!”

“Good service can't complain but there service clerks don't know how to get the GM REWARDS FOR YOU TO USE 2 OUT OF 3 TIMES MESSED UP . SALESMAN GOT IT FOR 1 TIME. I am done with it. I had 198$. They said 6$. Came home look on my charge card bill, wow it 198$ ? 2 out 3 mistakes I am done with it .”

“Of all the auto parts stores this one is by far my favorite. The staff is friendly, understanding, and amazing. They never talk down to you, especially to females. They answer questions and go thr extra mile to make sure you get the exact part you need and without buying the overly priced ones.
Dylan is very friendly. He helped with my light and my wiper. He was easy going, didn't make me feel dumb, even if I couldn't put my own wiper on.

“We were on our way through Madison when the motor on our car blew. We made it into the parking lot of this Advance Auto Parts store. Shane, who's an employee there, was soooo very helpful and tried everything he could to get our car going (at that time we did not know yet what was wrong). He went out of his way to help. Seriously, if every employee anywhere would be this kind and take customer service to this level, people would come back to enjoying shopping in person.”
“Honestly I have never been to an auto body in My life but this shop exceeded My expectations tenfold. I worked with Justin and he was so amazing! I had a hard time with My insurance and basically He took the reins and I didn’t have to do literally anything. The car rental picked Me up from the shop and I didn’t even have to return the vehicle. They literally took care of everything from my insurance, (who I couldn’t even get in contact with) to the rental car, all the way to including fully detailing My vehicle INSIDE AND OUT before returning My car to Me. My car literally looks better than when I received it brand new. I don’t know how that is possible but Sparkle did it! Ten stars from Me. “This is a hidden gem, literally since its back in a not so easy to find industrial area. Especially if you have an older car. This is a REAL auto parts store and they have obviously been doing this for years and have the stock and the knowledge and the staff. I grew up working in the automotive trades and this place reminds me of one of the suppliers I had in my home town and they have always had ANYTHING I needed in stock no matter what age of vehicle I was working on. Always my first choice for parts when I need them. Hard to find if you don't know Madison, but worth it.”
