My long time accountant, retired and left the firm he was with. I was reassigned to others. From that moment on I have been frustrated, so many unanswered questions, unreturned calls and emails, promises to take care of pressing issues brushed under the rug. Everyone was "too busy right now". I am ashamed to say this went on for years...I passed by Accounting Answers not far from where I work. My thought, what do I have to loose?I called and talked to Mary Beth, she was at my office that day! We are now starting to sort out the issues. The relief I feel is palpable.So far, so GREAT!

I found Mary Beth after using another Accounting office in Madison, where I felt like they could have cared less about me as they were very impersonal. Mary Beth is a joy to work with. She is very pleasant, although busy since it's a small office. She has done our taxes for the past several years and I am very happy with her services. She always takes the time I need and answers all of my questions. I don't feel like just a "number" to her. I like that. I would recommend Accounting Answers to my friends and family. Very satisfied.

I found Accounting Answers last year after being with a different company that was so impersonal & kind of awkward & uncomfortable when I went into the office. Mary Beth has been wonderful to work with so far for me. She is personable, flexible, willing to answer all of my questions, etc. I really like her. If this service continues, I plan to stick with her.

I found Mary Beth's accounting services through an online search and thought her price to be fair and affordable. I contacted her asking to prepare my 2016 tax returns. After not having heard a thing from her in over 10 days I understood my business wasn't important to her, let her know her services are no longer needed and found a different company to work with. Nevertheless, she had the audacity to send me a bill 5 months for services never received and another one 9 months later. I have neveragreed or signed for anything. This is a dishonest business, avoid at all cost.
