I had said it doesn’t have to look perfect, (car wash damage from the spray bar falling on the roof of my cab) but they went above and beyond! They even repaired some heavy scratching and scrapes on my front bumper area that has been there for quite some time ( I didn’t even mention it before they started) they just took it upon themselves to repair it ! “I would highly recommend Rogers Automotive Body.I shopped around and his prices were very reasonable. He quickly gave me a quote and scheduled me.The work I wanted done was to repair some rust at the back quarter panels on my truck pick up truck. He mentioned that he could fix a couple dings and give me a little break because he would already have to order that color paint. After some thought I had him do it.When I picked the truck up, the work looked great! Rodger told me that although he had some slight problems, things went pretty well for him and he gave me $150 off! Rodger is a very honest businessman. I will not be using any other auto body companies in the future only Rogers Auto Body.”

“Fisco Auto Body is the BEST!! I was on my way from Oxford Wisconsin to a concert in Milwaukee. A tire on a semi truck exploded and debris flew everywhere. Unfortunatrly, I drove over a huge piece of rubber. I was able to continue driving and I thought everything was okay. However, on the exit ramp to 794 I iheard a terribe sound from underneath my car. My engine shield had partially come off and was dragging on the road.So first thing next morning, I called Fisco and explained the sitiation. Ron told me to come right over and they would do what they could to get me back on the road and to my home in Oxford, Wisconsin. I limped my way to Fisco and when I arrived, they got my car in and made a temporary fix to get me roadworthy. They were so kind to me that I arranged to get the necessary parts through them and have them complete the repair. I set up another appointment wih Fisco. When I arrived for my appointment, they once again got my car in and got me back on the road. Ourstanding custumer service is hard to find in today's world; however, Fisco exceded even my high standards for service.Well done Ron, Mike and Heidi !! When this happened, I did not know what I was going to do. I was pretty frantic. But one phone call to Fisco and they put my mind at ease. I will always be profoundly grateful to them all, and cannot recommend them enough.”

“My first experience with oil change was awesome. Jason got me all checked in and Rob was the individual who did all the work. Changed the oil, activated my lane assist and buffed out a stain on the back door. The best was Philip in finance. He saw me standing around and asked if I needed help. I had been wondering what all coverage I had--if that stain was covered. He reviewed my contract with me and assured me that I have very coverage. He reviewed everything and gave me paperwork to keep in my car in case I needed it to prove what all is covered. Thanks to all!!”

“Been looking for a decent 4Runner with lower mileage for months and found one at a Chevrolet dealership (Holz Motors). From a recent past experience, I needed to make sure the 4Runner wasn't completely rusted out underneath. I live almost 2 hours away so I made a call. Deven R. answered and was very professional, polite, and he answered every question I asked. Not being a Toyota dealership, if he did not know the answer, Deven made sure he would search for the answer and got back with me. The vehicle is a 2014 Toyota 4Runner SR5 (lowest end plain jane) but on their website it showed a Limited (highest end with all the bells and whistles) with leather seats, heated seats, sunroof, etc but it has none of them. Allegedly, it was an error on CarFax. The 4Runner style was adjusted online to SR5 but price did not change when the value was nearly $3,000 lower. Back to the rust I was concerned about. 2 hours each way is not a horrible drive but Deven saved me the extra drive by taking extra photos and videos of the underneath and rocker panels. Definitely has quite a bit more rust I wanted to see but I'm willing to get it taken care of on my own expense. I appreciate the extra steps Deven did for me, I was still interested, and decided to drive down there the next day. Arrived at Holz Motors in the afternoon, saw the 4Runner up front, greeted from a nice lady and showed me where to meet Deven. He was available right away and brought me to the vehicle. Told me a little bit about it, looked at it and pleasantly surprised how clean the inside was, and took a short test drive. It was what I was looking for minus the rust. Sat down and started talking the price since they offered a small reduction of their error I found. End of the story, even though the error value was almost $3,000 less, Holz only gave me less than $500 reduction. They told me it was supply and demand not that actual value. Perhaps Holz gave the previous owner a higher trade in from their error of the wrong style/value and manager was not willing to give me the true value of the SR5 to have a lower profit. At the end, I would definitely recommend pre-owner sales, Deven. He went the extra mile. Ryan did the paperwork quickly and I appreciate not pushing or pressuring extra warranty etc I would not have bought anyway. Just make sure you double check your name and address are correct. Only bad things I noticed so far driving the 4Runner back home. A fairly small noise from below the steering wheel I did not hear on the short slower test drive and supposedly, Holz service department replaced the windshield wipers. On the way home I noticed the passengers side wiper was whipping in the air. I stopped and looked at it and part of it is bent out off the windshield and broken. Good thing it was a sunny day. Wish I saw it before I left Holz instead of finding it on the highway north of Milwaukee driving 70 MPH.”
