“I like going to Salem Wisconsin citgo gas station, it's about 5 mi from the border of Illinois. There are no sales tax in Wisconsin. Gas is usually about a dollar cheaper as well. The workers that work at this citco are absolutely amazing.”

“I live within 7 miles across the border of this station. There are many patrons from Illinois trying to save money from the ridiculous gas taxes & subsequent price per gallon. That being said, it's better to go early in the morning or later at night to avoid the busy crowd of customers. This is a clean gas station and typically well functioning. It is next to a river or lake, so sometimes a little flooding may be experienced after a heavy storm period, but nothing drastic.”

“Needed half tank saw BP had $3.19.Drove further west to Walgreens saw Shell at $3.44, did a quick U turn went back to BP. I have noted that if you see a good price buy it now. Don't run that errand then go back, the price will rise.That cought me a few times.”

“Actually a very nice gas station. The pumps are fairly old with monochrome displays instead of color ones for the credit card reader. It’s not a chip card reader- but there’s no swipe either. Prepay is the only way, but it is possible to prepay with a credit card inside. The inside of the minimart is great- it has groceries, bait, a large fountain drink and food section and a whole desk devoted to the Illinois Lottery. It’s a very nice place to spend time- especially with the view out the window to the nearby farmland. They pay $15-$18 an hour, I might look at applying for a summer job.”
“Small gas station here in WI with nice touch screens installed at the pumps! Not as close to the border and not invaded usually by folks from Illinois. Keep voting for clowns who want to raise your taxes Illinoisians... 2nd highest gas tax in the Nation, congrats!”

“This is just your typical gas station that has pretty much everything every other gas station has these days but if you have questions about the BP app, the clerks aren't much help. I'm not really blaming them for this but I would think they would at least try to assist rather than just say they have no idea how to activate a gas discount available in the app.”

“All of my experiences at the Wilmot BP have been positive with everyone who works there. Every estimate I've gotten for my car, they have always been the lowest. I don't bother going anywhere else now for any service needed, scheduled or other. The mechanics have a unique system of double-checking each others work prior to getting your keys back. On more than one occasion I've just showed up and they were able to sneak me in for an oil change. On other occasions they weren't able to, but it was done the next day. And for those who live in Illinois, you CAN get your Emissions Test done here unless you'd still prefer to drive to Crystal Lake and wait in one of five lines! For a family owned business to be successful for over 60-years and exchange hands for three generations, clearly they're doing something right. A pleasure to do business with!”
