“I had two different packages that had been stuck in limbo for days. Yesterday i went in thinking they would tell me they were lost and to contact the sellers. Boy was I wrong they went above and beyond to help me. Right away they knew the answer for one package a shipping label was made but the package was never sent. The other was stuck in Oak Creek for some reason. The gentleman who was helping me said he would look into it. Within 2 hours I got a text and a call saying it will be delivered today. Just now I got another call from the post office saying they did have the package and it is out for delivery. I did contact the sell about the other item and that should be here tomorrow.This is not the first time they went above and beyond to help me. My son is deployed in Kosovo and would have trouble with the custom forms when I sent him a package. The women there always took their time and patience to help me.I moved to Elkhorn 5 years ago from the Chicago area where I would never have gotten the personable touch. A big Thank You Elkhorn Post Office.”

“Chris at the Lake Geneva Post Office saved the day! I had a box shipped overnight from a vendor to my customer's event venue for an event this weekend. Lo and behold... the venue doesn't have a mailbox and doesn't accept USPS deliveries. What?! I am a wedding stationer and I have never heard of anyone just *choosing* to not receive mail from the postal service. Chris had the foresight to hang onto the box instead of returning to sender; he answered my call on the first ring and knew before I told him what I was calling about. We were able to arrange for someone from the venue to pick up the held box at the Post Office, and now my customer will have her items for her wedding, all thanks to Chris thinking on his feet. Thank you, Lake Geneva Post Office!”
