I booked 2 massages. The receptionist did a great job to upsell a facial for 1 and mani pedi for the other. Those services were great and that is the reason for the 5 star. As far a reception both on the phone while booking as well as arriving in person, we were not made to feel welcome. In fact we were asked to step aside so another guest behind us could be checked in. Wow! Both of the receptionists were hyper focused on their job and clearly not able to receive 2 guests or make us feel welcome.

I will never go there again.. It cost my wife 217$ to do a style on her hair ,no cutting, nails,which the color lasted 6 days, her makeup,which to me looked like a person in a casket! I was very unhappy and the work they did on my wife. She cried all the way home. Bad place to go!!!!

The best salon & spa in Wisconsin! I am competing for Miss Wisconsin USA and Clear Waters Salon and Spa have been getting me ready for the stage! I have done laser hair removal treatments, SkinPen, dermaplaning, hair coloring and cuts, and more! Now at almost 30 years old, I’ve never looked or felt better and it’s all because of Clear Waters incredible and knowledge staff! I would highly recommend any of their staff but I have worked with Alex (esthetician) and Kelsey (hair) for majority of my services and they have been wonderful!

Wonderful salon & spa! Offers many different services, great environment, and very kind staff! I always get my hair done here and I have recently received laser hair removal, skin pen, and dermaplaning. Every visit is great!

I was able to get in for a same-day appointment just before the holidays, and Abby did a nice job with my hair. The space is inviting, clean, and warm. Looking forward to returning for a massage and maybe a pedicure in the coming weeks!

We had a very bad experience with non authorized charges! In our second appointment, my wife had to go to the hospital and call to cancel the day before .. they told her that they understood the situation and cancel her. However they charge her without even telling her and were rude about it… I attended my massage while she was in The hospital .. but they charge us for both .. including tip for both (even though she cancel it )
I recommend many of the other SPAs in the area,
Much better experience..

Today I had my first ever facial and it was done by Claire, and she was AMAZING! Super knowledgeable, and made me feel so relaxed. Will forsure be booking with her again and on a regular basis.I have always loved ClearWater Salon and all their services!10/10

BRIANNA WAS AMAZING! I made an appointment with little to no hope that I was going to be satisfied after the appointment due to a horrible bleaching experience (THAT I DID TO MYSELF) and had every length of hair possible on my head. Brianna was so comforting and straight to the point about the status of my current hair and her plan to fix it! She gave me a gorgeous cut to get my hair journey on track to be healthy again! My kids saw me after the appointment and said “your hair looks so cool mommy” ? (three year old review). Which to add, I brought my two kids with and the front desk was amazing with them and super patient as they sat and waited for me.Overall, I was satisfied with her pricing but most IMPORTANTLY her ability to be so comforting and bring my confidence back! I’m so excited to go back and hang out with Brianna! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If I could give this place a zero I would. My wife has gotten her hair done a few times before there for around $175-200. Had an appointment this afternoon... She was charged $320 for the same color she's always done. Apparently, they changed there pricing to level of stylist... so they gave her a so called level 5 without asking or even consulting her... you think Talk about a bait and switch and shady business practices. Absolute joke

My esthetician, Mac, was seriously wonderful. She has these magic hands that literally had me relaxed at first touch. I got a clear skin facial with a lip treatment add on, and the way she explained what every product does and what its main ingredients were made me feel at ease and also educated about what was going on my skin. I 100% recommend Mac for any of your facial needs!!

I have never, ever walked out disappointed! My stylist, Kelsey, is so very talented! I wait until the last minute when I make appts. I couldn't get in with her, once, and made an appt with another stylist. I felt bad "cheating" on her, but not at all worried; all of the stylists are brilliant. I got a call that afternoon. Kelsey fit me in the next day! I would recommend Clearwater to anyone!
