Tonight going through the drive through, I was given false information about my prescription causing me not to be able to get it. I tried to ask for more information and was ignored. I tried to call back to speak to a pharmacist and was transferred to the person at the windows friend instead who would not allow me to speak to the pharmacist. Absolute terrible experience, I will be transferring to a new pharmacy. Don’t go without your medication because of this place!

Nearly comprehensive stock for OTC medications and personal products, good photo shop, wide selection of other items such as candies, magazines, etc.

We were recently given the wrong prescription than the 1 ordered. The medication inside the bag, was 1 we didn't need at the time. The receipt and description of medication, was the 1 we needed, just not in the bag. If an elderly person didn't pay attention like we did, it could have been fatal.

Warning, apparently due to short staff… they no longer call your doctor for you. But wait here’s the kicker, they won’t tell you that unless you ask them. I guess if you don’t ask, then they have no problem letting your script sit for a week. Not informing you that you need to call you doctor yourself. In fact, they will send you a message and say “delayed - no action needed on your part” well if there was no needed action on my part then why is my prescription not ready for a whole week? Because you say you can’t contact doctors no more but you can’t contact the customer and let them know. Like her that prescription has been sitting for a week, I wonder if the customer knows they need to call their doctor. Please, your communication does not need more staff. It needs more effort. You did not properly communicate what was needed, that you had at your disposal - for a whole week.

Took a Covid Test, but they didn't send me an email, and calling the store only sent me through to their useless automatic dialing system. I would call the pharmacy directly, but there is no pharmacy number. Completely useless.

Whitewater Walgreens is always great. I'm always greeted when I enter and the majority of employees are personable and helpful. The pharmacy is wonderful. They are always on top of meds, making sure to contact my doctor in enough time for my refills. And they're knowledgeable of interactions and aware of my allergies.

They don't keep their promises. They use automatic refill but don't care if the automated system fails. Anything that requires human attention they do less and less

The store hours are absolutely terrible. Life doesn't wait until 9 am to need things and doesn't always end by 9 pm. If you have an emergency room or urgent care visit and are released with a prescription, you'll have to drive to Janesville to get it filled or wait until the next day, hoping it isn't something that is needed right away. The pharmacy staff isn't the best either. They will leave multiple voice-mails for refills, often times with wrong information. They make you have a consultation about your "new meds" but do not give any actual information about the meds (side effects, whether to take with food or without, any bad interactions/side effects to look for...) they just read the Dr's notes, that were already gone over with the Dr when they prescribed it. The staff will also claim to note your account if you request something, then completely ignore it when you're in there.

Went here for Covid booster and flu shot. Young tech named Calvin gave us shots. Super impressed. Personable, friendly and professional.

Their employees are very helpful and pleasant, they keep good track of my prescriptions and never let me run out, and they always have the over-the-drugs/vitamins I need.

I went to pick up my prescriptions that I called to have filled about 5 days ago. When I got there at noon they said that they had no prescriptions for me but that they could put it in and have it ready for me and that they can fill them in 30 minutes. I came back an hour later and was told they hadn't filled them and they were about to go on lunch break so i should stop by later. That's fine. Close to 3 i tried calling to see if they were ready and I was on hold for 10 mins. I went into the pharmacy where I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while a pharm tech took a personal call. Finally after getting someone to help me I found that they still weren't ready and they were the wrong quantity. As somebody who works in the hospitality industry, I don't like leaving bad reviews and I can understand that people are understaffed, however this situation could have been handled a lot better. Firstly, I am unsure as to how my prescriptions weren't filled when I called them in days prior but most importantly, if you know you are short staffed, please consider this when giving wait times to customers. Luckily my meds were not life saving meds but I am worried for those that do have them!

Pharmacy always has a reason why my scripts every month are not ready… it is something that I never had a problem with at McCullough’s. I swear, it is a hassle every month. They never have enough to fill my scripts- I miss our small town pharmacy?
