Have truly never received such horrible treatment at a pharmacy—and that includes in Racine. There is a genuine lack of care for patients and their needs and absolutely no efforts to communicate among staff or between staff and customers. The consequences of them failing to meet patient needs are not recognized and you will consistently get one answer on the phone and then arrive at the pharmacy to a different one. Staff in the pharmacy have no medical knowledge and you will feel in no way that your information is safe—aside from the horrible attitude should you so much as suggest they have made repeated errors and should be held accountable.
Walmart in Whitewater does an incredible job and I would recommend them 100%. If my physicians had not begun sending them here, I’d be back there in a heartbeat. (Seriously, you will have a far better experience.)

Had my prescription sitting for days, didn’t tell me and then said they faxed it days ago but apparently didn’t think to call my doctor or inform me. I had to do all of the work for them. Just another easy way to get out of work. I used to work at the Delavan one. That is there job to call and to fax. Faxing is the lazy way. There was no reason not to call my doctor.

Although the pharmacy is understaffed (due to upper management) the employees/pharmacist keep a smile on their faces and answered all my questions.

They’re understaffed. Long wait times. Better off going to Walmart.

Really nice and friendly staff! Nothing different from other Walgreens store wise but the staff really stood out to me, which makes me want to come back :). They always greet me when I walk in and ask if I need help with anything.

Prescriptions are always done in a timely manner and with a nice pharmacy staff.
